This was the worst experience. Please don’t waste your money and go here. My food was absolutely burnt and looked disgusting. I tried to tell the manager and she didn’t even let me finish and slammed the window and brought me another sandwich that was a little better but the cheese wasn’t even melted. Being the manager you would think that they would have more customer appreciation and better customer communication skills.

Got some lunch here today and it was horrible! They had so many people in there and it took 15 minutes for nasty old food. Dry old tater tots and fries. The smash burger looks like a chopped cheese and had little to no sauce, the ocean water was nasty and didn’t taste like how it normally tastes. What’s going on with this location? Is the store manager aware of this?

Half the shakes are whip cream.
Staff was on their phone while we sat there and young lady taking orders was very rude, trying to rush you, talking crap to employees about our order. Disrespectful and do better sonic find better employees.

Got 2 wraps, 2 tots, 2 double patty 1/4 lb burgers, 2 shakes/blasts and fried pickles. Ordered on the app at 7:04. Order finish time states 7:09. Cool, i doubt it will be that fast so we take 3 yr old to circle k to pee. Finally get food at 7:27- 23 minutes after ordering. Both burgers patties were half the diameter of the bun and most of the patty was just thin, dry, and burnt. I had to pull the ends off the chicken in the wrap because it was so hard and dry. The 3 yr old still pulled the tender out and didnt eat it. She just ate the wrap without. Half of the tots were ungodly salty. The 17 month old also refused the wrap, what kid hates tenders? I ate it. It was also super salty. basically everything seemed super old or super overcooked or both yet I still waited 23 minutes. Honestly photos dont even do justice for what it looks and feels like in person.

This specific Sonic is deplorable. Service is terrible. On top of it I ordered the grillos Burger. The only thing that they put on it was onions, mustard, ketchup and two pickles. Someone should look into this specific location because they are not on top of it over there. Sonic should be ashamed.

Tale of two restaurants. Sometimes your food comes out fast and well-made. Other times it takes forever and your burger is almost burnt. Total crap shoot when you go here. I just wish it was more consistent.

I visit very often before my shifts at work and JERI is AMAZING, she always goes above and beyond, very polite, patient, and helpful, you don’t see that anymore in fast food or just customer service in general so she is GREATLY appreciated, makes me and my coworkers day every-time we stop at Sonic!
