It took twice as long to get my food ordered thru the app as they said it would. 4pm with only two cars in the lot. The chicken wrap was boring and so was the sugar free cherry lime drink. Not gonna be back

If I could give zero I would. The lady that took our order in the drive thru was rude. I ordered a burger and asked if it could be placed on pretzel bun she responded with “yea when I finish taking ur order… what else do you want” then we were rudely told they don’t take tap to pay … once getting our food my strips were like bottom of barrel strips. Super thin like fried fish and hard…. My chili cheese tots barely has anything on them… lemonade tastes stale and my husband burger which we paid for pretzel bun, extra cheese and bacon was missing all the extras we paid for. When I walked up to explain to her she snatched the bag and walked inside. She had someone else bring out our burger. Just horrible customer service. Probably should hire a manager who likes people. I don’t think I’ll go back to this location because she was extremely rude.

I arrived at the store right at opening time, but the employee didn’t arrive until 10:00 AM. I was hoping to place a quick order before work, but was told I would need to wait about 30 minutes. As someone who works in the food industry, I understand how important it is to open on time. This was frustrating and made me late for my day. I hope they can improve their punctuality

Store number 6286 . I visit this store every day. Xanadu and Courtney waits on me. Some times I dine in and sometimes I take it home. These ladies are very pleasant when they wait on me. I know sometimes I am not easy to order things and I think I confuse them but they always have a way of making me laugh. They are easy to talk to about helping get my orders straight and I can’t help but was to come back even if it is to say hi . The store is clean,the service is is good. I will continue to come here and I would recommend it to anyone looking for fast food that is good. Have a wonderful day ladies and keep up the good work.

Ordered from Sonic in North Canton via DoorDash and had a disappointing experience. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich turned out to be sausage, egg, and cheese. The mozzarella sticks were literally hollow and had no cheese, and our drinks were two room-temperature, watered-down Sprites instead of the Hi-C we ordered. The bread wasn’t toasted either. Definitely a one-star experience. Also had wait so long for our food. Wild.

If I could give no stars I would. Waited in the drive-through for 20+ minutes and I was the one ordering. The worker said give us a minute and one minute turned into 20+ minutes. I ended up being able to order through the app so I could tell through the intercom I just have a pick up. They told me to pull around. When I got to the window, the lady asked what I was doing there and I stated that someone told me to pull around for my order which was an onion ring and a large diet vanilla Coke. The lady said OK went over to the milkshake Machine was applying whipped cream to another customers milkshake and I watched her lick her fingers and then go make my drink. Never washed her hands never use hand sanitizer. At that point I was so disturbed and grossed out. I ended up throwing everything away. This is not my first review from sonic. But this will for sure be my final review. If you are craving sonic please do yourself a favor and drive to the one in Jackson Township as this one is absolutely terrible and gross and quite honestly should be shut down.

Please don’t waste your hard earned money at this Sonic!
This location is scary bad. I’ve been a sonic customer for as long as I can remember. This location does not represent the brand and really should just be shut down. In fact, by the way the service is, you would think that the workers and management wants this location to shut down. The person that helped us at the window was polite but clearly did not have the support from management. They shut down mobile ordering so I didn’t get my rewards or half price drinks. The food was warm not hot. The cheese was room temperature. There is a serious heath risk at this location. Corporate should investigate or shut down this location. I’ll drive to another city before I wasting my money here again.
Unfortunately my past 5 or more visits were filled with issues. The franchise owner and his management have obviously given up on this location. Just close it down.

I’m so disappointed with the sonic. Every time I go there, something is messed up. Today I went there giving it another chance because I wanted some chili cheese fries and I got 10 fries with hard cheese on them. And I wanted the pickle fries. They are so soggy and the skin is just falling off of them. They are gross. I go to the store and I can’t get a hold of anybody, because their phone number has changed and it’s not changed online or on their receipts. I wouldn’t be so disappointed if I didn’t have to repeat my order three times when I went through the drive-through, and it still ended up being wrong and soggy to top it off!

Sonic needs to do better. Only 2 employees working and took forever!!! My drink was complete watered down and I got a coney dog and the cheese is sliced not shredded nor melted on.
