$11 for a turtle truffle Large. This is muck disgusting. $7 for medium Reese’s that looks like it was half eaten out of. Defiantly a safety issue. This is pitiful.

Last 3 times trying to get just a small order of deep-fried pickles, only item that was purchased. The first time it was atleast filled plentiful, but were all soggy seemed old, an weren’t dipable. Second order was halfway filled, an same consistency as the first. This final time I had MyLady pick them up at a different time of the day ordered for pick up at 3:39 ab she waited almost 45mins after letting them know a second time due only ordered just a few items, 2 off the 1.99 menu an 1 small order of pickles. She said after seeing them fill someone else’s order, that had recently arrived, she asked then where her order was. They came out apologizing, an stated it was shift change time, an gave her the order. I’m mind blown at the time they wasted, an then the way the order we received, is just ridiculous. I really hope, there will be some changes made. After seeing the reviews of other’s, when I came to speak my experience. I wish, I had looked before wasting our time & money. Thanks! I called in an let the new shift know, an they’re willing to replace the order no problem. But, next time the order will be checked & fixed before leaving . So, I don’t have to waster more of my time! LOL I’ve spent another 30mins of my time waiting inbthe cold rain for then to service 14 other cars an me hitting the button for the second time just to get an order of pickles. I just seen on here they say to contact corporate, so that will just be my next step. An they say the other places, in this town are bad. I have never had a worse experience ….

The one redeeming quality of this store worthy of an extra star was the friendliness and pleasantness of the younger fella in the drive-through window. Nearly everything about my food order was horrible, however.
1) I know that the tots container I got is a large size, but would it have killed the employee to throw just a couple/few more tots in there?
2) The one item of food that has an open top and toppings on it, the hot dog, was put in the very bottom of the bag, and everything else was slammed on top of it.
3) 1/4 of the burger cheese and onions ended up on the side of the container..
4) 2/3 of my route 44 cup of strawberry limeade was filled with ice, thus I got maybe 4-5 good sips on the drink before it was gone..
5) I know that I ordered the junior bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito, but are kidding me with the size of this thing?

When I got home the fries were old and fried thru. They had to be setting under a light for hours

If I could give a negative I would went to a stall and had the rudest girl get on the headset, ask her for 2 foot long coney meals, then she tells me they don’t have those anymore so I say okay can you give me time to decide she doesn’t say anything and hangs up. I call back in with a different order and I asked when the discontinued the footlongs she said they didn’t… annoying.. ok can I get 2 of those meals. After 30 minutes of ordering it took another 15 to get the food out all to find a LONG RED hair in my drink…..

We waited forever for someone to take our order and then we had to end up leaving. At first Sonic was it good place to go but the service now is severely lacking.

My burger was only partially wrapped, and so saturated in mayo on the top as well as inside I couldn’t pick it up. The bigger problem is my son’s order, they shorted us a tender and the fries were NOT fresh. They were hard and cold with a few warm ones mixed in.

They always mess up everybody’s orders and it takes forever just for a disappointing experience sometimes, still good food occasionally so that is why it is not one star.
