Waited 10 minutes after pressing the red button, still no response so I decided to order on the app, which was not a problem. I ordered on the app at 8:02 PM for pick up and put the stall number. A staff member got on the speaker about 10/15 minutes later, I advised them that I placed an order through the app for that particular stall number and gave them my name. They then advised me to wait in the drive-through to pick up my order that I already placed a stall number with for food to be brought out to me. I waited an additional 20 minutes as they were not able to find my order and food was not made yet. This is incredibly frustrating and I typically love Sonic, just not a great experience today.

Food and milkshakes were at the car, when I returned from the restroom? How do they do that? Food was good. Shake was not as good this time. Rarely eat here due to diet restrictions. Love to bring the dogs here. Chilidog reminds me of those old A&W rootbeer stands. Wish they still rollerskated.

Stole from my sister. She wanted to do a split payment with cash and card and the employee said that was fine. Then when she checked her bank app she was charged the full amount on her card and the employee kept her cash. Called in and all they said was they dont except split payment and she could have a free (drink) voucher.

Real good food and very clean. We have been going to the Sonic in Nelsonville and now we have a good one here in town. Only problem their music was so loud we had a very hard time placing our order!!

As much as I try, I really can never think of anything good to say about this place. It’s pricey and the service is horrible. For the price, the food is sub-par at best. I guess it’s at least in a convenient location and it’s a classic drive-up. I would not recommend this location for any reason.
