We visit this sonic when we come to visit my parents and everytime we have to wait..we ordered on the app 5 minutes before we got to this sonic and we set 25 more minutes before my wife got out and went to the door and ask about our 2 drinks we orders over 25 minutes ago..im usually the 1 that will go ask but for my wife who doesn’t get mad hardly ever was the 1 that went to the door to ask about our 2 DRINKS… we usually have to wait even if noone is here in line or at a stall but this is ridiculous to wait 25 minutes for 2 drinks that was ordered before we got to sonic way ahead of time..from reading the reviews I can tell it happens very often with low quality food and service and the owners obviously doesn’t care because it’s the same generic reply that probably never gets answered…why would anyone need to call the owner when they obviously don’t care, I would almost bet the person running the sonic is a family member of the owner because any other restaurant would fix the issues with this sonic..our sonic where we live has a high volume of customers and we hardly ever have to wait more than 5 minutes when we pull up even when we don’t order from the app…we eat more from sonic at home than any other restaurant in our city…but this sonic is very low grade service and food..time to fix the issue and stop giving the sonic brand a bad rep because of lack of Interest from management and owners…

Last month, Sonic was running a Monday special with slushies for just $0.99, and my kids made sure we didn’t miss it. They offer a ton of flavors and options, so there’s something for everyone. My personal favorite, though, is their 24-hour breakfast menu. I don’t eat breakfast often, but when I do, it’s always a treat, especially their sausage, which I’d say is some of the best in the fast-food world. Great value and plenty of choices keep us coming back.

I had only ordered 2 drinks. You would think it’s a simple order but no. For 2 drinks I have had to wait 20 minutes which is ridiculous. They’re slow but the food is okay I guess

Waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order of 2 drinks. Had to go to the door to get my order. Then the tea didn’t taste right so we brought it back to the door and the general manager proceeded to tell me it tasted fine to her. Ok that’s you not my husband and he said it didn’t taste right and asked for a vanilla dr pepper and it was a fight to get them to just exchange the tea for a dr pepper.

Updated post: Stopped after church & now I remember why I quit going to this location. The groovy fries werent warm & very hard. Can’t say much about the $1.99 cheeseburger either. It was cheap but when you throw half away it’s not worth wasting your $$..
