Update 12.27.2023: Service was very slow. I ordered mozzarella sticks and they forgot the marinera. I also requested (paid extra) to add bacon to my sonic cheeseburger but it was left off.

Ordered large caramel chocolate shake, received a vanilla shake, no straw, short poon. Ordered a route 44 ice – got 3/4 cup of ice, no straw. Burger and o rings were great, got 2 napkins.

This is by far the worst sonic in western ky. I would have rated it zero stars if google would allow it. It took 45 minutes for us to get our order. While trying to order when we would hit the red order button instead of taking our order they’d wait 5 minutes and then clear it like we never pushed the order button. We went through 3 or 4 rounds of that. I should have left then but I didn’t. When we finally got our food 45 minutes after arriving it was all cold and we didn’t receive the appropriate sauces. In our order we had a medium order of mozzarella sticks with ranch, a small order of mozzarella sticks with marinara, and an order of cheddar peppers with ranch. They gave us all ranch. No big deal. I hit the order button and asked for a single container of marinara. We were all starving so I didn’t even mention that all the food was cold. I sure wasn’t going to wait another 45 minutes for them to redo the order. The worker who I believe was the manager proceeded to argue with me claiming she put a marinara in the bag. There wasn’t one. I told her she was more than welcome to come look in the bag or my entire car if she’d like because there was not a single marinara. She then tried to tell me I would have to pay for the sauce because it was “extra”. I wasn’t asking for extra. I was asking for a single sauce to go with my order of mozerella sticks. Why would the customer have to pay a second time for the sauce that was supposed to be included in the original order? Once she realized I wasn’t going to back down she brought out a sauce free of charge. My family won’t be back anytime soon. Food was cold, order was wrong, the condiments were not included, and the staff was rude.

Food was as expected for fast food, but it seems like everytime my companion orders corn dog with mustard, they always forget to bring the mustard so you might need to emphasis that more and ask for napkins too. The girl that brought the mustard out has to make another trip for napkins.

The speaker wasn’t working so we stopped an employee who immediately got help. They came and took our order manually and then got our food out really quickly. The service was great and so was the food. I got the double queso smasher, pickle fries and a chicken bacon queso wrap. It was all very fresh and hot and tasted great. Thank u for the hospitality in princeton, ky. We appreciate yall

Was told I can’t not upgrade to a premium side without being charged separately. Very disappointing on how the male manager handled it… I upgrade my sides all the time when I go there very disappointed AND ON THE APP IT LETS YOU!???

Every single time I go here, they lie. They tell me, “of course there’s no cheese,” or “your sauce is in the bag, I double checked!” And every.single.time. it is a LIE. This is hands down the worst sonic I have ever been to. Half the stalls are out of order in some way or another, no one here can do their jobs, they always put “your order is on the way” at least 10-15 minutes before they actually walk out with your food, my food is ALWAYS wrong, and half the time when they bring me my food is also cold. I hate this sonic with a passion, they honestly should close it down or fire every single employee and restart.
