Just ordered a chilli coney and she said “uuuuh you mean a foot long hotdog?” I just said yeah, I get all the way home and its a BARE DOG. Just bun and Weiner I paid TEN DOLLARS for. please teach these people to clarify if someone wants toppings and also that coneys are hotdogs. I literally read the menu item as it’s printed on the menu and she sounded confused.

When they don’t wanna do something like when they get an order wrong they ignore what you say until you give up I said tomatoes 7 times but it was pretty obvious she had chosen not to hear me. I ended up having to go to Kroger and buy a tomato.

Waited over 40 minutes for 2 large drinks. I understand possibility of being understaffed or there being a lot of people here. Unfortunately the only escape goat they have is the former. Absolutely ridiculous to wait over 40 minutes for two drinks.

The food is expensive. I love their strawberry lemonade but can only buy it during happy hour. I’m love their sauce for fries but the fries are small and broken making them and to dip. The pretzels are really good but needs the queso sauce instead of the nachos sauce. They have removed the queso cheese so we don’t buy they much.

Kinda disappointed in the Parrish location they make way smaller burritos than what they usually are me and my mom both got a breakfast burrito and im not too impressed with them at all. If you want to be impressed go to Fredrica location their service and quality is 10 times better than parrish.

I don’t understand why the employee had to have such an attitude when telling me it was drive-through only. It would’ve been nice to have a sign posted stating that the booths close at a certain time. Either way, the interaction came off as very rude.

We came to try the sonic pickle smasher and pickle slush and they couldn’t make any slushies because the slushy machine didn’t work, 3 or 4 days ago the ice cream machine wasn’t working, no cream slushies, no ice cream at all. I am very disappointed i may have to take time off from sonic for awhile. Did I say I was i was disappointed!!!
