Food tasted good but I think they are rationing the chili. I had chili cheese coney and husband had chili cheese tots and you could barely see any chili. Lady that brought the food was nice. Needed to include ketchup for onion rings and more napkins. She did get us some more ketchup. I dont think you should have to ask for certain things but everywhere is like this now. Only gave one ketchup 2 napkins and one mint for two people. Don’t like that most sonics are putting mobile app orders spaces closest to the building. We did get full and are thankful! Just giving my review for improvement. I know service work is hard because I do it.

The people working there standing by their cars smoking we did not get any service no one answered for over 5 minutes so we left. We talk to the one outside smoking they just laughed and thought it was funny that we left

Our first time in a Sonic and we had a Blast the car hop came out to our table and offered our dog Jake a cup of ice cream it was his very first ice cream, and of course he loved it. We had the Heath blast and it was really good. We definitely will be back.

I wish reviews went lower. The manager was rude and threatened to call the cops and I truly have no idea what we did wrong… we were sober and chill. I’m wondering if it’s just that we’re young and there was a group of us? Anyway, she’ll lose a whole bunch of customers – as we like hanging out there often – if she keeps this up.

Service was fine. One other car there besides me. Ordered 3 BLTs. Apparently they decided we didn’t need all that bacon. Each sandwich has 1 slice of bacon, a slice of tomato and maybe 2 square inches of lettuce.

The service was very slow. The gal taking our order over the microphone just couldn’t get our order straight. Simple order: 2 single hamburgers, order of fries, order of onion rings, one medium root beer. They brought us: one single hamburger, a triple hamburger, two orders of fries, and a medium root beer. We called back in to let them know they didn’t get our order correct. This time, one of the people from inside came out to our car to get our order. This time, they got the order correct. Our waiting time was quite long trying to get the correct order. I doubt we will be going back.

Food is usually good. Staff is nice. The card readers at the menu are terrible they need to fix that. I know it’s got to aggravate the car hops dealing with that crap. They might work 1/10 times no matter what stall you go to.
