Ordered a kids chicken tender wacky pack and this is what we got.. I wouldn’t feed this to a dog much less my 4 year old. Both were hard as rocks and not ever bigger than my index finger.

This restaurant has really gone down hill over the past year or so. Their service is incredibly unreliable. We ordered the chili cheese cony dog meal with tots. And a side of onion rings. Large coke with Vanilla flavoring. Only thing worth keeping was the large Vanilla Coke. The tots and onion rings look dark and stale and taste like they have been cooked in oil that hasn’t been changed in a year. Their tots and onion rings used to be a golden brown color and taste wonderful. Their burgers are made sloppy. Stale oil tasting tots and onion rings. Also ordered a cookie dough sonic blast. Only had a small amount of cookie dough on top and the rest ice cream. They used to be mixed in well. It’s now basically just ice cream topped with cookie dough pieces. I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs. It’s a waste of money.

I use to come once a week to get mozzarella sticks with honey mustard. Not sure why all of sudden I have to pay for a sauce when all I’m doing is substituting getting honey mustard instead of marinara which I thought one came with them. When I mentioned something about it the girl that took my order had an attitude about it.

Just ordered two #3 for my husband and I. Burger was discussing. It was so soggy we didn’t eat them. His tots with chili looked nasty and dried out. ABSOLUTE waste of money. Wish I could post the picture I took in this review. Will never return!!

I ordered 2 ultimate breakfast burritos to take home. When I got home one of the burritos had scrambled eggs, 2 slices of tomato, a few jalapenos and no sausage. When I called to make a complaint about the inferior quality of the food, she kept talking over me, and wouldnt let me complete a sentence. The manager offered to replace the burrito with a receipt. We declined the offer considering we were already home. I just wanted to make them aware of the situation. I doubt I will be back, unless I order and eat there, and can express my dissatisfaction on the spot.

Don’t worry about ordering what you want, just pull up and tell them to make whatever they feel like making because that’s what your going to get anyways.

Normally love going here if I need a last minute bite . Will probably be my last time ever getting ice cream though unfortunately. Not at all worth wasting your time sitting there for 20+ minutes to then receive what should be qualified as soup.
This particular time I received a $8 ice cream that was fully melted to basically water and was sloshing out of the cup while being handed to me . Along with overspill all over the cup as well . Don’t expect much from what’s already a 3 star establishment at best but just hoped to warn anyone who would make the mistake of coming by.

The worst I have ever experienced at any Sonic. I ordered a special that was on there sight. The waitress could not hear me over the speaker so she came to my car and took my order. When I got my food they charged me $13.00 for 2 small burgers I told them I was supposed to have more food with that order. She said the manager that was on Google. I showed her the special on there site. The manager came out and looked to be about 18 years old and had liquor smell on his breath. I told him to give me my money back. He sent my money with $3.00 short then he proceeded to snatch my money from my hand. I called the police and they put someone on the phone said they was the district manager. He told the police that was not on sonics site. I showed it to the police and had no resolution to it. So I told them to keep the money I would never come back. They said they didn’t care if I ever come back. BAD BUSINESS
