I bought a jr cheese burger and it was raw to warm, almost like the temperature of a cold warm sausage patties you heat up in the microwave, really gummy, chewy, not cold but not really even warm. Oil that anything is fried in, it’s disgusting, it tastes stale like it’s not been changed and tastes like it’s had so many different things fried in it. It’s also given me some heartburn which I expect when eating greasy food however that’s really all I tasted when eating my fries was the oil. My ole man who’s a vet ordered number 3 meal, burger was overloaded with mayo and the meat was also barely done tasted like mush in his mouth like it did mine. He said it was like eating a marshmallow salad texture wise. We will not be ordering food from this location ever again. We’ve given this place quite a few chances, unfortunately we’ve had bad reviews similar but this one tops the rest. Just check your food everyone, they don’t get a lot of business here.

We stopped at this Sonic thinking it would be something quick. As I type this, we have been waiting for 50 minutes for 3 hamburgers, a corn dog and fries. We had plenty of time to be early to our destination, now we will be 30 minutes late. Very aggravating.

The food was great but the wait was quite long. The one employe covering both orders and cooking was working overtime and was definitely trying but unfortunately one person was not able to cover all spots.

I had a fantastic experience at Sonic! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. I highly recommend Sonic for great service and a tasty meal. Five stars!

I ordered 4 items today. The only one right was the mozzarella sticks. This review isn’t just that though. This store is by far worst location around. Through drive thru. It will take 10-15 minutes per car. Food always looks terrible or order just isn’t right. Added a picture of what is supposed to be a burrito for reference. I went back and showed them and got an I’m sorry. So I am thankful for that. No remake though.

Bad quality food and slow experience at the register. BBQ Popcorn chicken was stale. Obviously it had been sitting most of the day and most of the popcorn chicken was just deep fried bread. They barely covered the chicken with BBQ sauce and when asked for extra Johnathan was rude. Pic of all fried bread that came with order.. Our order did come with more popcorn chicken than in the pic.

Update: Much better now. They currently offer great service. My stars reflect my current feelings of this particular Sonic.
I actually drove away from the drive-thru without anyone helping me. I placed my order, waited about 10 minutes for the truck in front of me to get his food, waited another 12 minutes at the window with no one even taking my money, and I left and went to another “fast” food place.
