Terrible experience. When receiving my food, the carhop didn’t say a word to me. Didn’t offer me my receipt or anything and I know that they’re kids, but they’re also supposed to read of your order when bringing it to the vehicle. Burger was extremely messy and all over the place. My tater tots had more salt on them than the pacific ocean. Idk how incompetent you have to be to build a burger and make some tater tots. Tried calling the store to let them know of my experience so they can do better for other customers, but can’t even get anyone to answer the phone.

Super nice employees! Humans make mistakes and that’s what happened. Our order came to the car with only the cheeseburger being correct. I let a car hop know and she informed the Manager. The problem was quickly and effectively resolved. This also came with a full refund and the offer “is there anything else ya’ll want?”. I was very impressed and highly recommend this Sonic.

Ordered 2 burgers, 2 orders of tater tots, 1 popcorn chicken and fries, and cheese sticks with some drinks. Friday night- relatively busy- food came out out within about 5 mins (much faster than expected for the amount and types of food ordered.) One of the burgers had a bread tie/twist tie on the sandwich- burgers tastes like they’d been sitting out a while- I was too afraid to eat the meat out of fear of getting sick since I’m pregnant…cheese sticks didn’t taste fresh, and the tots and fries were soggy also. Disgusting. So disappointed with our experiences in mayfield and their restaurants.

ordered a sandwich to have certain items off and others added on. wasn’t overly complicated i thought. came wrong, kindly asked for a replacement, they were really friendly about doing so but it was still so very wrong and the chicken burnt to a crisp. wouldn’t be a big deal if i hadn’t paid extra for the additions on the sandwich. too expensive for this many mistakes. stick to the basics if you visit.
