Every time I go here something happens. I ordered on the app so it wouldn’t take long. App was fine but when I got there a sign was were I should pickup that said to go to certain parking spots but couldn’t find them so I had to go to order window and wait in line. Of course when I finally got my turn she put me on hold before I could tell her that I ordered in the app. So I might have just ordered there..it didn’t save time. So irritating that a Sonic would be sooooo slow! Food was just OK. Was cold from waiting. I don’t know why I keep trying them. They were so good when they first opened but these owners are running it down.

Took a little longer than normal to get my food this evening. It may be because it takes a little while to burn onion rings beyond recognition. Luckily this is not the norm and hopefully next time will at least be edible.

Last 3 times I have attempted to eat here it takes 30 minutes to get my food. Absolutely insane for a fast food restaurant. Always have 1-2 people working.

Absolutely the worst place in Benton and the GM there, Andrew, is absolutely terrible. They need all new employees. Half of them are under the influence while at work and it is disgusting on the inside. They should not be allowed to even be open. The health department really needs to be informed on a lot of things and shut them down.

I got a breakfast burrito, and when I bit into it, the taste was nasty, so I opened it just to see that it looked like something that they took out of the track and put in a rap. I have never been so disappointed in a place as I am with this place.

Ordered a super sonic double cheeseburger CHILLI AND CHEESE ONLY!!!! It had everything on it INCLUDING ONIONS WHICH I CANNOT EAT!!!! Of course i was going down the road eating when i discovered this!!! Had to throw it out the window.. Will not pick onions off going down the road …also very little of said chilli !!! I’m now throwing up !!!!! Not real happy

I like Sonic, but just like any other restaurant or fast food chain, these days, they lack help, and the food is below par! I don’t mean to complain, as I don’t really eat out much, but my tots were cold and the burger just didn’t taste right. I waited for my food for more than 15 mins in line. I will go back for a drink or ice cream, but not food.

Let me just say I understand and sympathize with a business that is running short staffed. I work retail and we run short staffed but even so I would never be rude to a customer when they are asking why 3 milkshakes, no food took so long to get. The customer next to us got food and his came out before our 3 milkshakes. When I tried to ask the worker after she brought his food what was taking so long, she had an attitude for no reason. That is no way to address a customer and that is a good way to not only lose customers but continue to be short staffed because other people don’t want to work around that. I would be okay with it being a little longer if she would have explained a little more professional but no reason for a guy that pulled in 5 mins after us to get food and we are still waiting on milkshakes.

Came for two milkshakes. We waited 45 minutes for my order to be placed. After it was placed, we waited an additional 30 minutes. All this for 2 milkshakes. They weren’t even busy either. And the milkshakes were not blended either. Terrible

Sonic has to have the thickest shakes I’ve ever had. Delicious. I came in about 10 min before closing my food was ok at best. I was the only customer there right before closing, I have worked in that industry before and I understand getting your work done and wanting to leave. I do, but as expensive as eating out is nowadays the quality should equal the price. The food wasn’t very hot, the burger tasted boiled and the fries weren’t a size large. I should have asked for a refund.
