Not only did they ring up the order wrong. I tried to to get my order corrected. The lady came outside and demanded – “I need the other one back” without an apology.

Had mobile order said would be ready in 5 minutes. Went immediately waiting maybe an extra 5 minutes max. But food was cold and Burger was still nearly raw in the middle.

I went to order a root beer float wnting to reminisce the memory of childhood floats. It took them for ever to come out with my order but was very friendly and nice. It was just like old times. So if you like root beer floats its really good. Pricey but good. 3stars are due to wait times. They are always packed and you may have to circle around a time or two until someone leaves to get parking. Its actually easier to order for pickup.

I’m pretty sure these are supposed to be chicken tenders but I’m also pretty sure they would taste as bad as they look so I didn’t try them. A huge waste of money and I was traveling so I didn’t get the benefit of giving them back. But service got five stars because they came out fast and we’re delivered by a very nice and polite young lady.

I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. I got here 2 1/2 hours before they close. I press the button and 15 minutes goes by. No one takes my order. I press it again. Maybe 20 minutes goes by. The people beside us are experiencing the same thing. They actually get out of the car and go up to the window. They get his order wrong. And they finally take my order. We wait another 20 minutes for 2 sonic blasts. All while everyone is just standing around in the kitchen chit chatting like they’re all at a hang out. The workers are rude. They act like we twisted their arms forcing them to take this job. They all do not look the cleanest. They have a terrible attitude and no customer service. Something needs to be done

Normally this is a great place to come and get your drinks. However the past few times regardless if you order ahead or pull in the wait time has been getting worse. Today I decided to pull in just for one drink. I placed the order at 2005 and by 2025 the order still had not arrived. I gave them five more minutes and then called the restaurant. The gentleman that answered the phone said he would find out why the drink had not arrived after I told him how long I had waited. Keep in mind several cars after I placed my order had ordered using the red button and received more items than me and had them delivered way before mine ever showed up.
The car hop came to my car and handed me my drink, no apologies for the wait or a reason why one drink took 25 minutes to arrive. Sonic maybe the skates should come back in order to increase the speed of delivery just saying
