I was reminded again today why I don’t eat at Sonic.. ANYWHERE.. the dogs have a weird sweet taste.. regardless if they are corn dogs, coney’s or plain.. today the buns were half soggy, half stale… Also… THE FRIES!!
Look how few for that price!! They were so old, greasy and salty, I was afraid to eat them anyway.. I even dug the few out of the bottom of the bag so the serving didn’t look so pitiful, but that’s didn’t work.. I wish this location was a completely different place.. SUPER convenient to my workplace, but not if the food is too nasty to eat and the prices are better at Cliffside!! For REAL FOOD!! Just don’t waste your money, especially at the Louisville Rd location.

I went to pick up dinner for my family. Our fries were refried so many times they were rock solid, and one of our burgers was completely wrong. My brother went back to get it replaced, after coming back home he opened the box to find they forgot the bacon completely. It’s literally a BACON cheeseburger. It’s IN THE NAME. He went up to sonic again for the third time, which I wouldn’t have done, but he’s a growing teenager, and was pissed.

To fix the problem, they just put bacon into a paper bag for him to add onto his cold burger. Offered nothing for the trouble. A simple refund for that particular item would have been fine. A waste of GD time.

Every time I order online and I come here and I sit at a stall it takes over 20 minutes just for them to bring out my food when the screen says that someone’s bringing it out. The food is great slushie’s great, it’s just the wait that is annoying

I used to really enjoy visiting this Sonic location. My order was always right and the staff was very pleasant. My past three mobile order experiences have been increasingly negative, with my last visit the worst of them all. After checking in and waiting for 10 minutes for one drink, my total order, I pulled around to the drive thru to ask about my order. The lady at the speaker implied I was lying about the amount of time I’d been waiting, but to pull around. Since I’d already paid, I chose not to leave, but once I pulled up to the window, one of their staff flung open the window and rudely said, “If you’d waited, I was bringing it out to you,” shoved a drink at me, and slammed the window shut. The problem was, it wasn’t my drink. I sat at the drive thru a bit longer until I was able to flag someone down. She opened the window with a “What?” and when I explained they had given me the wrong drink, she got my correct drink, it was shoved back at me, and the window, once again, slammed shut.

If you want Sonic, don’t use the movie app because you’ll never receive your order. If you want courteous service, don’t go to Sonic. I wont be returning.

My Wife’s Butterfinger blast turned out the same way.

Sadly, not an isolated incident.

Update: They served my 3 year old a discolored, rotting hotdog.

Having been a Jr. Manager at this Sonic many years ago, I know they’re not supposed to look like this!
