Sonic can do better than they do! I asked for no cheese no ketchup on my burger, even confirmed at the window, yelp when I opened it guess what cheese is on my burger. I ordered cheese sticks, they had been heated in the microwave or something, very old cheese sticks well not even cheese sticks there was no cheese inside. Do better Sonic, a customer pays that amount of money for food it should be fresh and what they ordered. Never again will I go to Sonic. Very disappointed

If I can leave a negative review I would, I ordered thru door dash and the food was cold, and the extra money I spent on sauces I didn’t receive I went back to sonic and they said door dash would have to refund which is understandable but I went ahead and ordered my meal again for $18 and up and didn’t get my whole order or was missing items even tho I was nice to the cashier about it and told him everything I ordered prior and it was still all wrong! They weren’t even busy, even tho it was 3 am, if your a 24 hr business you make food right if it was in the morning/dinner etc. Sonic do better! I’ve worked for sonic my high school years and it was never like that!

The drive thru lady on late night is just rude. She cuts you off, and has an attitude if you order more than one item. Me and my finance went there last night and we ordered 3 drinks after every single drink we ordered it was ok. What else? And then she got mad at us for asking for our total. If you don’t want to work with people maybe let’s not do customer service, hope this helps!

My friends and I came here for a treat. Exams were finally over and we thought we deserved a treat. When we got our meal, our hotdogs were burnt completely on one side. It was like hitting through tree bark. Looked like tree bark too. The bread was also soggy. The service was quick and efficient. Employees were polite. The food left much to be desired, especially since we ordered chili tots and got plain tots.

Don’t color me silly, I enjoy a fine cheese more than the next man, but I often prefer my burgers plain. In my two trips I have taken to Lexington so far in the states, this sonic has left me disappointed in the amount of cheese put onto my cheese free burger! What hooligans!

UPDATE: I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 star for the excellent customer service, I received tonight. Unfortunately the phone number for this location does not work so I made it back up there in person to resolve the issue. Taylor the night shift team lead took accountability for the issue with our order and gave us 30 days to have our order remade (we already had dinner tonight). She was very kind and showed the upmost professionalism. I hope when we come back to remake our order she is working so we can leave her a nice tip.

The last few times I’ve been here the food is not edible.. on Black Friday I stopped for dinner for three and was shocked that after telling me they’d not been busy at all-absolutely nothing was fresh .. my child’s hot dog was green and had obviously been in the steamer since morning, I ended up cooking that evening, this time I requested fries fresh and when my toddler spit them out I tried one to discover they were so salty it was insane!! Workers were standing around laughing when I pulled through and I can’t help but think it was intentional.. sonic has good menu items but no one takes pride in their work here and I would not recommend this location to an enemy

I ordered online for pickup and food was ready at the quoted time. The service was very friendly. However, I paid an extra $3 to get mozzarella sticks instead of a standard side and they didn’t give me marinara. I personally don’t eat cheese sticks without marinara so I wasted my money. I had the Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger and would not get it again. I am a big fan of garlic but the garlic was overpowering so I couldn’t taste anything else. Sonic usually has good burgers so that was a shame I couldn’t taste the flavor of the meat.

Worst fast food experience I have ever had. Rude employees starting at the manager all the way down. Food was sub par and if you want condiments with your food, expect an extra charge for that! No joke yall. You do not want to go to this place. Rude service, terrible food. You will leave upset I promise
