Noisy, slow, and I got ripped off. Ordered Corn Dog w/ Mustard, Patty Melt w/ Bacon and Water. Water and Corn Dog was good. My Patty Melt w/ Bacon was 2 pieces of bread with something like cheese melted to the inside. No bacon, no burger, no onions, no sauce, no flavor, no good stuff. They were understaffed and overwhelmed. Waited 30 minutes and paid $11 and after 2 bites, I threw the rest of it away. Some punks were reeving up their toy cars their daddies bought them in the car hop spots for some reason, but that’s a bit out of sonic control but just wanted to explain where the noisy part came in. I did not get a receipt for my order. I should have demanded a receipt and double checked my food before I left the drive thru window and held up all the customers behind me even more than they already were, but because I had already waited 30 minutes myself, I wasn’t waiting any longer. I left, ate the corn dog and was already 10 minutes out before I realized what a pathetic excuse for a sandwich was left in my bag. Very disappointing. I have enjoyed Sonic food for a long time and stop by from time to time, but I’m seeing a very disturbing downward trend in customer service. It seems every time I stop at a sonic restaurant, my experience keeps getting worse and worse, and so I visit less and less often. If this is the service I am expected to receive, I’m not sure I can afford to spend my time or cash on Sonic Product any more.

Normally I like sonic but the past 4 times I have ordered a banana milkshake I’ve just gotten a vanilla milkshake and honesty I’m done I’m tired of being excited for a Banana milkshake and being heavily disappointed other than that great food

Corn dogs and most foods are good but service can be slow if you order in. There is typically dust and debris on the tables and sometimes the milkshakes are not mixed all the way, but they are fine 90% of the time.

I would this place give 0 stars if I could. The foods never made right and they are always out of half the menu and on today’s visit an African American lady claiming to be a night shift manager refused to remake my food or refund my order since I ordered on the app and used a discount but there was no way to fix it on the app either so I will not be back I will drive to Stanford or somerset for sonic I’ve never been told no I won’t fix your order before by any other restaurant in the world they need to work on their customer service especially if she is a manager

I didn’t want to write a negative review online, but… I’ve tried for three days to call the Danville Sonic at the number listed on my receipt to speak to a manager. They never answer. I just get a message saying ‘this mailbox is not accepting messages because it has not been activated.’ Nor could I contact the Assistant at the number also listed on the receipt – getting pretty much the same message.
We went Saturday night 6/15/24 around 9:30 pm for footlong cheese coneys. We ordered through the drive-in speakers to eat in our vehicle. For the second time, our footlongs were turned on their sides – see photo. We couldn’t pick them up or turn them upright because the chili sauce had saturated the bottom of the bun and run out into the bottom of the cardboard holder. We had to call for the attendant to bring forks in order to be able to eat the hotdogs. Please, please, please teach your employees to make the hotdogs upright, with the opening in the bun at the top and don’t lay them on their sides in the container.

Young lady taking orders had a huge issue with hearing properly. She repeated everything we said at least 3 times and still got our order wrong. Lady making our order was to worried about the boy in street clothes that went behind the counter with young kids. No gloves, didn’t wash her hands after picking things up off the floor. Bathroom was di Irty both men & women.

Double Smash cheeseburger was good. The problem is, they fill the cup to the top with ice. So, you only get 1/4 of the cup of soda.
