I GUARANTEE YOU I CHECK MY FOOD 1ST, BEFORE I LEAVE THE DRIVE-THRU! .. I WENT TO THIS SONIC ON THE WAY HOME TO LEXINGTON AT ABOUT 11:00PM. I GOT A SAUSAGE & CHEESE BREAKFAST SANDWICH, AND 2 ORDERS OF FRENCH TOAST STICKS! GOT HOME, AND AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE THE FRENCH TOAST STICKS WERE AWFUL!!, ONLY 3 OUTTA THE 8 STICKS WERE EDIBLE! THE OTHERS WERE HARD AS A ROCK, AND SOME WERE JUST ONE BITE OF NOTHING BUT HARD CRUST . NO SYRUP IN THE BAG!. MY SANDWICH WAS RUBBER!, I TRIED PULLING IT APART, AND THE BREAD WAS ABSOLUTE RUBBER!!, THE SAUSAGE WAS SO OVERCOOKED, IT WAS SHRIVELED SMALLER THAN THE CHEESE ON IT! SO, I CALLED EXPLAINED MY SITUATION, THE LADY INFORMED ME, THAT I CAN COME BACK, (A 40MIN DRIVE @ AT 12:00 AT NITE), AND GET MORE, OR SHE CAN TAKE MY NAME & ADDRESS & THE MANAGER & DISTRICT MANAGER WILL SEND ME COUPONS IN THE MAIL! ♀️.. I had to remove my 5 star rating and give one due to this place consistently getting worse with every visit. Stopped for a quarter pound cheese burger, pretzel stick and cheese and a med drink. They gave me a half filled drink cup, no cheese cup and when I bit into my burger the meat patties were crunchy from being old and dried out. They looked liked sausage patties This is not the first second or third time this has happened. I have complained more than once to the MOD and nothing changes. Prices are up and quality is down. It’s not worth my money or time to keep giving this place business. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Went through the drive-through. Service was slow, and the person on the intercom was easily confused. Order ended up not being as requested. And the food was not hot or very good. Have only been here a few times but consistently mediocre.

The person who took our order was abrasive and rude for no reason. Then we waited 45 minutes for our food and it didnt come out so we pushed the button again and they told us they didnt have our order. So they took our order again. We waited another 15 minutes and the food came out cold- as if it had been sitting there for the entire time we were waiting. Also there was no spoon in the bag for the frosty. I never write reviews but this was the worst service Ive ever had
