If I could leave zero stars, I would. I made a pick up order for three slushies and one soda, and when I went to go pick it up the employee told me they were sold out of redbull slushies. Then told me he couldn’t give me a refund and told me to contact the 1-800 number, and when I did that they only offered me a $5 gift card and couldn’t even get it to me because they claimed my email wasn’t in their app. I will never be going to a sonic ever again.

I’d like to commend the employees at Sonic. The ballgame went into overtime last night so we were very late trying to get something to eat on the way home. They close at 1:00. We arrived about 12:00. The line was all the way out to the road. I know how it is, trying to get closed up and home to families at that hour. They were so friendly and took great care of us. The gentleman at the window was very pleasant and didn’t seem at all put out by the amount of customers trying to get something to eat s as t that hour!!! Great job!!!!!

February 13, 2026 I encountered the most rude and bothered employee. I had ordered through the mobile app which they advertise and when I asked the stall how to receive that order they were extremely bothered. We to into the drive thru to receive the order and were again approached by a bothered attitude. It was impressively rude for a fast food restaurant.

My fiancé took me here to have my first Sonic experience! This location was great in terms of both food and service.
The food came out fast and hot. We got hotdogs, Cherry Limeades to drink, and I got a M&M mixer for dessert. Everything was great! The guy taking our order and who brought our food out to us was also kind, helpful and prompt.
This Sonic location is a great place for quick bite!

I ordered through the app, but when I arrived all of the stall numbers I tried said invalid stall number I pulled into the drive through, and have been sitting here 16 minutes and counting. There were two cars in front of me when I arrived, and there are still two cars in front of me. At least three cars behind me changed their minds and left. If I hadn’t already paid, I would too.
Edit: Not long after I posted that, we ordered and got our drinks. For what they were, they were fine…but they forgot the add-in that I paid for.

A group of us from work placed an order today. I ordered the super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger combo tots and tea to drink. I did not get bacon on my burger and the bread was soggy and the tomatoes were mushy. It was slopped together. I’ve not eaten at Sonic in some years but I see I’m not missing much. My burger looked nothing like what it says I should have gotten.

Do they ever get anything right? My wife, 2 kids and I stopped to get a quick lunch. The drinks were right, thank god, but forget about the food. It seems Sonic across the country tends to screw up every food order, this one is no different. Grab a shake and then order food somewhere else.
