I ordered via the app as I assumed that would cut down the wait. I checked in upon arrival, the screen showed in the kitchen as the status. After about five minutes the status disappeared. I assumed it meant they are on the way. Waiting an additional ten minutes my order is delivered. I handed the bags to my children and drove off(my mistake). Unfortunately the only thing that had some heat to it was one hamburger. My Bacon Toaster wasn’t even toasted. I had visited this location the day prior and had the same issue with the onscreen order status. They eventually had to look the order up and get it recooked. I assumed this was a misunderstanding but now I see this is just their normal poor operating standards.

Who wants to hear can you give us 5-10 min to “catch up on things inside” when they first hit the button? No one does! Sonic was no where near full. I can understand being busy I can’t understand not caring I won’t be back. Oh not to mention I got a raw chicken sandwich the time before.

If you like the food served a Sonic then this location isn’t so bad. At least not always. It is hit or miss though. I sat there one night waiting on y food to be brought out for so long that the food was cold and the milkshake was melted. They had one carhop on duty and it was a Saturday night. Poor thing did their best but you could tell they were very overwhelmed and stressed. I have not been back,. I much prefer the Hwy 45 location to this one. Which has it’s moments as well. It really just depends on how badly you want Sonic and if it’s your lucky day or not.

Okay, I do not bash any restaurant for any reason at all. I understand the need for employers and they are needed. At this point, managers, be mindful of who you hire to work in your establishment. Being rude and having a nasty attitude is not the way to answer any customer. On October 28 about 8:30 pm, we ordered our food, the wait was over 30 minutes, some of our food was cold, food was missing, our order was screwed up, car hop did not and I repeat did not serve with the right attitude and Manager was.……. Just never mind but you get the picture. Sonic please do better!!! This is why I choose Sonics on 45 any day. I can always count on their hospitality to fulfill my day. Please do better, the prices are too high to be rendering these types of services to people daily!! Never again will I be patronizing here………

This location is not the best. They have improved but they still could use some improvement. Service is good but usually takes a long time to get order out. Also they’re prices are slightly higher than the hwy 45 location for some reason. Also you may see employees out front or out back smoking or in their phones while your waiting forever on your order to be delivered which doesn’t make sense to me.

This has to be the most absolute RUDEST Sonic I have EVER been to!!! They have VERY LOUD music playing so the cashier/cook/car hop- whatever you want to call them could not hear me so she kept saying “ma’am what you’d say?? MA’AM!! MA’AM!!!” I kept my cool and kept repeating myself then she just closed out my order with the total leaving me sitting here wondering if she even got my order correct- which it was NOT now I have to wait all over again for my order to be made correct. This location has a better chance being a club where everyone does nothing but hang out and listen to music than being a respectful restaurant. What a joke.

On 2 different occasions I was made to wait over an hour after ordering from the app. I pressed the red button multiple times and was told “your food is on the way” just to wait another 30 minutes. Both times I recieved cold food. From now on I will use the Highway 45 N location.
