I went to this spot in Monticello and they offer only mayo and ketchup on their burgers as McDonald’s. I think that choice is unhealthy, namely ketchup. I dont eat ketchup. I asked, ifvI could have mustard and no mayo or ketchup. The person who took the order said we can substitute with mustard. When I arrived home no mustard on the burger nor mustard packets. I did have mustard at my home. I wanted to eat it before getting home. I had to microwave the burger. The food nor French fries are never hot. When I warm up the French fries at home for 15 seconds. The French fries looked like plastic. The associate who brought the food to the car was kind and courteous is why they don’t have one star. I think professional training is needed. I don’t visit sonic often and now I see why. The service stars is for the associate who brought the food to my car

If I could give this a negative star I would. The workers here are so rude. Huffing and puffing while you’re ordering. After each item that you order they are saying “anything else” with an attitude. Hands over food bags and rolls eyes huffs and walks off not saying anything. I’ve tried ordering on the app to see if it helps with the attitude and it doesn’t. Yall really need to get some more workers here. It used to be great atmosphere and friendly people. It’s not just one worker it’s all of them. It’s ridiculous.

This is my “large” tot. None left in the bag. Not even fully cooked. Charged close 4 dollars for a few tots. And My milkshake was runny. From my passed experiences with this place and other reviews I’ve seen and how filthy this place is, shut this place down.

Placed an app order and ordered mozzarella sticks with our meals. Did not have the marinara sauce in the bag. We called back inside to let them know before we started our meal. They said they was bringing it out. The screen even said someone was on the way. Never came. We finished our meals and no one ever showed up.

The BLT had 2.5 pieces of bacon, 2 thinly sliced tomatoes that were so small they didn’t cover the bread, a little lettuce that smelled off & 2 big slices of Texas toast. There was no mayo or other condiments. It was the worst BLT I’ve ever had. The service was good.

Worst ever experience. Paid for coffee with add-ins through the app. went to pick up and was told they didnt have any coffee and to contact the company. I did so and was told I could have a free slushy drink if i ordered again in the next 30 days. Really?? Really?? So I pay extra for something, I do not receive the item, and instead am given a coupon to purchase more from them in order to get a drink I will never order because I do not drink sweet sugary drinks due to diabetes. Unbelievable. Never again.

They always clear the order off the screen to keep their time good I guess. Then we wait forever to actually get the order. I normally order 2 drinks and sometimes a coney. It’s not big orders at all and they aren’t always really busy. I give 3 stars because the carhops are always really nice to us. Food is typical sonic food.
