I placed an online order for a small blue coconut slush and waited over 15 minutes. I had to press the red button just so they could bring me my order. They brought out people food first who ordered after me and they had a bag of food and drinks. If I could give a negative star I would because this has happened before.

Waited 17 minutes after pressing the red button and my order was still never taken. Didn’t expect much else in Brookhaven.
Update: ordered ahead and app. Two drinks and a pretzel. Arrived, checked in, and waited 26 minutes before pressing the red button and asking if I had been forgotten. My order was brought out immediately, as if it had been sitting the whole time. My drink was watered down and disgusting. My primary reason for going was to get a drink for my wife. I’m on the way home with it now, and if I arrive and it’s watered down too, I’ll update this review to feature that.

Bacon double cheeseburger contained a long hair. Tots soggy, no salt, and they didn’t bring out the condiments I ordered

If I could rate them at -100 that’s what I’d rate them. Lazy lazy workers! They need to have better staff that’s actually presentable and helpful! The owner should be ashamed at how horrible it is there now. I don’t expect perfection but the workers are only catering to a certain type of customers and not everyone.

Don’t place a mobile order if you don’t have 15-20 minutes set aside just to receive 2 drinks and a medium tots! Pulled in for a quick stop since we had sleeping babies in the back, placed our mobile order, and a few minutes later had the message that someone was on the way with our order. 10 mins later… Nothing. Had to call over and ask about the order just to have it delivered and be told they “didn’t realize it was there”.

Staff got the order wrong after I clearly and slowly stated twice not to add certain items on my food due to allergies only to still receive it. Thankfully, the lady came back and switched out with what I asked for only to receive mild food poisoning about 6 hours later. I can see now why there are so many 1 stars… just close this place down and build something new. Sad.

& again I come at 9:00 to pick up mobile order just to be told they don’t have sweet tea. I don’t think I’ve ever been refunded not 1 sweet tea & I don’t drink anything else they have.

We had on online order and waited 15 minutes for the order. We received the order and we were missing cheddar peppers, no big deal at all. We also didn’t get a spoon. Called over the speaker and told the guy what happened said “one min”. We waited 6 min and we called again. He came on speaker talking so fast you couldn’t understand what he said. We said we were missing the cheddar pepper and he said yeah. Hung up the speaker. Very rude. I called back and said so are y’all working on them or are we suppose to do something. He caught an attitude and i said I’m just trying to figure out bc you said one min and it’s been now 8 minutes since i called the first time. 12 minutes later they came out. Things happen. We are all human but be more respectful and when you tell a customer “one min” get back on the speaker and assume the customer you are cooking them fresh and will be a little big longer wait.

Usually good and was very good tonight. Sometimes in the past when ordering here in the middle of the afternoon we’ve received food that had been previously cooked and had gotten old/hard/dry….Other than that no complaints and friendly staff. During peak hours food is always great an fresh! Love the shakes here too.
