Online order to be picked up. Had to wait additional 10 minutes after arriving when car 2 stalls down was assisted right away. Finally brought out, but with no bag or carrier. Can’t hold 3 cups and drive. Sarcastic car hop. Had to pack my order myself, and 1 of the shakes had a loose lid that spilled all over my shirt. Speaking with management, was told I’ll handle it after everything else is taken care of. No concern for customers.

Sat in the drive thru 9/42025 about 445 pm to get 1 ocean water and a bag of ice. They were busy so I wasn’t mean or anything and waited patiently for the girl to be free to take our order. She stated they couldn’t do bagged ice today. ( the only reason I even pulled in ) so I told her I would just take the ocean water and pulled up. I waited another 5 minutes at the window. When a lady came frustrated and asked what I ordered and she gave me total 3 dollars and some change. I handed her a 5 and she gave me the coins and kept my dollar and slammed the window. The drive smelled like pee, I didn’t even get what I came for and they stole my dollar. I would have let her keep it all if she had been nice. What a terrible location and service. Do not recommend stopping here.

I grew up a few blocks from a Sonic. I love Sonic. We’ve lived in four different cities and they’ve all had Sonic which was great.
This is consistantly the worse Sonic I’ve been too. If you go during none peak times you’ll be disappointed nearly everytime. I’ve only called and complained about the quality of food recieved from a “restaurant” three times in my entire life… two of those calls where to this Sonic. Today, instead of placing a third call I’ve decided to leave this negative review. My favorite restaurant chain and it saddens me they allow this apathetic and mediocre service to continue. Picture attached is of a “Super Sonic” burrito with ingredients missing and less food than the regular bacon burrito my son recieved. We ordered two of each and both “super”s combined is a little less food than what a normal one should be.
This is our last meal here.

They need to ad some new food item’s. Every time we order french fries we have to send them back because they are cold and old fries. It was the same thing today also! And I ordered a med size onion rings and they bring me a large bag with 6 small onion rings in the bottom. We get so aggravated having to complain all the time about our order. For one thing why can’t they ever send out hot fresh french fries!!!

This is a good fast food (burgers) place. Service is usually fast and the food is hot. This is a drive in style location where you eat in the car. There are a few outdoor tables up front and there is also a drive thru. I like the regular cheeseburger and the supersonic burger. The country fried steak sandwich is also very good.

Drive thru closed which makes no sense pulled into stall and it took them forever to respond to take our order it was not that busy. Sonic blast were good just super slow service screen does not work at the booth card machine at booth not working. Just expect better.
