If I could give zero stars I would. Our food was soggy and our “light” ice drink was basically all ice even after sending it back. Last time it was a long wait plus an order mess up. Super disappointed and will be ordering elsewhere next time. Plus the pickles we’re barely on the sandwich just not a good experience

I got a chicken sandwich and cheese fries. The sandwich was VERY dry, and the fries had very little cheese. Not worth the stop.

The drive up wouldn’t take my card payment. The server was able to scan the card with a remote unit, no problem but didn’t give me the opportunity to include a tip. Thank goodness I had some cash.

It’s been a while since we’ve been to Sonic. We decided to get some for lunch today. I placed a mobile order on the app (per usual) and then checked in to my stall. It was 1:06 when i placed the order. By 1:26 i still didn’t see anybody coming to me. I checked the app and it said my order had been completed. So i pulled out of mobile order stalls around to a stall where you push the button to order. I tell the worker that it’s been 20 minutes and nobody has come out. She apologize and then says someone will be out with it soon. Still nothing. 10 more minutes go by and everybody who has been there before me, and after me gets their food. I go ahead and tell a different worker then to keep my food and eat it or whatever but I’m going to cancel the order. I ask what happened and why it took so long and she says they were waiting on meat but other than that she doesn’t know. That she was looking at my order and it was ready. Who knows how long it sat there. The employees were nice but I’m just so annoyed because why would anything take 30+ minutes at a sonic?

I placed the same order three times through the drive-thru, and although they repeated it back to me twice, I had to correct them both times. When my order arrived, the attendant inquired if I had placed the order, and I informed her that I had not, reiterating the correct order. She retrieved the order, provided a revised one, and departed. Regrettably, the revised order was still incorrect. I returned to the establishment and explained that the order was still inaccurate. The attendant responded by stating that it was impossible for the order to be incorrect. I disposed of both unsweet teas and left without my order, deeming it more prudent to forfeit the $5 rather than engage in a dispute with an apparently argumentative individual.

I’m really tired of them getting my order wrong. Yet again I have to drive back because they put cheese on the burger I put no cheese for on the app order. It is highly inconvenient to waste a lunch break at work and have to drive back for replacements. This is a very common issue at this location.

Worse Sonic I’ve ever been to. All 23.00 of food was pre cooked, it was totally obvious…And the first time I finally got my Dad to try Sonic and his last…Absolutely terrible!!! Not fresh made.

Can you please fix the ordering screens where we can tip. There is no reason these should have issues with using a card and being able to tip. That’s ridiculous.

I’m the past 3 months we have given this Sonic 3 tries and will no longer be a customer there. The first time we we hit the button but nobody ever answered so we went to a different spot, still no answer. Ended up leaving because the drive through was too long. Second time I went and the exact same thing happened so I ended up having to go through the drive through only to have the drinks messed up after getting them. Third time, tried ordering online…husband checked in at 8:40 and had to bring to their attention at 9:10 that he hasn’t received his order. Their response was they knew he checked in but didn’t know where his location was so they left the food sitting there instead of calling him. Food wasn’t remade, was given soggy cold food and no apology was made. He was handed the old order along with 3 tokens for a free medium limeade followed by the worker walking off. And to top it off they didn’t close the kids all the way on the drinks and one spilled all over the car. No sorry, no refund…just three tokens for a free drink. No thanks….never again. My cherry limeade was literally 90% Sprite
