While the food was good as far as taste, it took 12 mins to get. It was warm at best. The girl who brought me the 2 breakfast burritos only said “oh sorry, here’s your order” as she was handing me the bag. While a “sorry” is ok… it was such a rushed exchange when they weren’t even busy. I like Sonic because its a bit more personal than just handing over a bag. And typically the food is hot.

I ordered a fry and double cheese burger with a cherry coke. The soda was flat the food cold as ice. I checked in at 2:27 please be mindful there were only 2 other customers in thw while lot….it took 10 minutes to receive the first go round. I walked in and asked for hot food waited other 13 minutes and had to walk in and ask for my food. Hanrgy customer…I will not go back. After checking the most updated reviews are from the employees I seen inside while having to retrieve my order it sent back smh please do better

Really good and quick service, and the seating area is nice if you want to get out of the car. We like to order on the app (and get half priced drinks!) then check in and they usually bring it out in great time. Ice cream is great too!

Pulled up to drive thru, 8:34P Sat evening. No other customers except one guy sitting at a table outside. Sat there for 6 minutes in silence, not even a “We’ll be right with you” I then asked if the drive thru was closed..nothing. So I drove away. I am from out of state and this was the worst Sonic I have ever been to.

70% of the drive in screens don’t work. Either completely blacked out or touch doesn’t work.
Probably the worse sonic I’ve ever been to. Food is always bad. They always forget the sauces that are SUPPOSED to be included; like marinara for cheese sticks or ranch. Even when you ask for extra, they don’t even include any. Grilled cheese is always burnt. The only thing they do right are drinks, usually…
Honestly this place should be looked into by the franchise because they shouldn’t be allowed to operate in this condition. Tired of parking and having to move because the screens don’t freaking work.

So this isnt the first time I’ve had this problem, firstly I ordered the chicken slinger combo large cherry Dr pepper, and 3.99 becomes 6.30, but nobody can explain why. I get my food, fries are old, and my sandwich is burnt as you can see from pics.

So I mainly write because I’m not sure who needs to hear this, but I find that the order stalls are always broken down or not working properly. Screens are out, the touch features rarely work and speakers are always static like. Could use some maintenance overall for sure! That’s all. Food is hit or miss so no comments really otherwise.
