I had a small issue with my Sonic app order disappearing, along with the balance from my gift card. I was never upset, just a little confused — but Brandin and the general manager handled it so kindly and professionally. Not only did they cover my meal, but when I picked up my food, I found an extra $10 gift card waiting for me. Totally unexpected and truly above and beyond. Great customer service!

Our server wore skates!!! Been a while. She didn’t give is straws but came back to check on us and gave us some. To be fair it was a shake and she gave us a spoon the first time. I wanted a straw for later. She was nice, and shake was as expected, no complaints.

Ordered online to pick up in mobile slot in about 5 minutes. Drive to location and was left in the mobile pick up almost 15 additional minutes. Delivered food out to 2 others who came after me. Burger very dry on outside as though it had been sitting a while. Contacted mgmt regarding extended wait but lack of concern.

Since i live out in the country about 15 minutes from sonic, i guess writing a bad review will have to work. Went here around 10am Sunday morning and ordered the sausage breakfast burrito… i mean any less and it would have just been the tortilla… very disappointed. More and more places seeming like they don’t care anymore when you order food. Should never have let this leave the restaurant…

RIP OFF. The last THREE times I’ve ordered a LARGE chili cheese tot, I get the equivalent of a MEDIUM in a large container. Save yourself some money and just order a medium, because that’s all you’re going to get. I’m done with this place. I’ll just go to Wendy’s where they give you what you pay for and the chili tastes better anyway.

It’s our tradition. We come down to Biloxi 3-4 times a year to play and eat. Every time, on our way out, we stop at this Sonic. Every time he gets a #1 with fries and a root beer. I always get a large Onion Ring and a Route 44 Vanilla Diet Coke. Service is always outstanding. They are busy each time. One of the fastest Sonics we visit. It will always be our tradition. Keep up the good work.
