Every time I come to this location (Sonic on creosote rd in Gulfport) our order is always messed up one way or another and they tend to take forever every time. Which really sucks cuz they are in a convenient spot and near everything. I try to believe they won’t mess up every time but they always get something wrong or are sloppy.

I usually go here no problems I see they were busy when I went but I sat there placed a mobile order at 2 said it would be ready 2:05 it wasn’t gave them some more time I seen they were busy, I waited 30 minutes for TWO items that I still never received I drove off I didn’t have time to sit and wait any longer a lady next to me ordered after me a crap ton of stuff and her stuff came out faster than my TWO items.A cheese stick and a drink was all I ordered. Waited for 30 minutes still never received my order due to I didn’t have time to sit any longer. Hopefully I can get my 8 dollars back.

I ordered 2 route 44 waters with lemon. I got both of them and the lemon was basically dissolved and crumbled to the touch. My husband ordered a breakfast burrito and the cheese wasn’t melted at all and was like clumps of cold cheese. Will not be back.

Food was okay, when I got what I ordered. They didn’t have syrup for the French toast sticks, which seems weird that they still had it as an option on the app. I know they can turn off unavailable items. Had to ask for ranch when I ordered it. And my pep bites…weren’t. I got buffalo bites. When I rang in and said this, the lady said “we don’t even have these in the store”. Yeah it’s because they are in my car. They sent out an employee to look at them. That was hilarious. She saw the inside of my bite, clearly chicken, and asked to see a different one for the shape. That did the trick. They brought out the other ones. But yeah, definitely not the best experience.

I ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and when I got home and drank it, the order was wrong. The server also didn’t have change so instead of giving me $3.80 back she just gave me $3.00 and walked away. It’s 80 cents but what the heck.

$7 and 18 minutes for a melted slush. Don’t waste your time and just go to a different one. The girl that delivered it to the car was polite. Whoever took the order wasn’t. 4 people visited the car parked in slot 14. Seems like drug deals so maybe they’ll be faster in 30 minutes. I paid $1 extra for nerds but I could only locate a single one.
