Ordered some corn dogs and drinks. Corn dogs were old and cold. I told the people I wanted fresher ones and they told me they were fresh. I said I’m sure they were when you made them ten minutes ago. They never brought them out after five minutes of waiting. Called corporate and they have terrible customer service.

Their food is always made fresh and so good. Unlike the other sonic in purvis, MS. Their food there tastes like it’s not seasoned and the meat looks old at times. I’ll prefer this sonic off of hwy 49 over them anytime.

I ordered on the app. A small cake batter shake and a medium honey bbq popcorn chicken. The total was $9. We waited for a while, but not too long, and my order was brought out but they forgot the shake. So i had my chicken but not my shake. (The chicken was also dumped upside down into the bag so bbq chicken pieces were falling out into the bag). The server, Roman, goes back to get my shake and brings it out. I immediately thought it looked odd because there was no whipped cream or cherry and there were also black specks all in the shake (I’ve had the cake batter shake multiple times before). I smelled it and it smelled odd, kind of like peanut butter. I had my boyfriend smell it too and he said it definitely smelled like peanut butter. (I didn’t taste it because i have a peanut allergy). I assume they made this shake for someone else who wanted some kind peanut butter bits added into it and we got theirs. We call the server back to tell him it was the wrong shake and I’m not mad at this point because they are a little busy from high school graduation. We wait for a while (at least 15 minutes) before Roman sees us and says “oh you guys haven’t gotten your shake yet?” He walks back inside and comes out not even a minute later to give us a shake that isn’t even full. We’ve been there for about an hour at this point so i say let’s just go home because it’s been so long. The chicken was put into one of their hotdog trays and didn’t even fill up half the tray (I’ve gotten the medium honey bbq popcorn chicken before and it came with at least twice the amount of chicken). The chicken was obviously cold by the time we were home so i dumped it on a plate to microwave it. Once i dumped it out, i saw that all i got was the tiny crunchy bits that don’t even have chicken in them. And on top of that, i started eating my shake with a spoon and the shake wasn’t even blended all the way. It was vanilla ice cream with swirls of the yellow cake batter that was supposed to be blended throughout. My entire $9 meal consisted of tiny crunchy chicken batter bits and a 3/4 full shake that wasn’t even blended. Definitely upset now since i spent $9 on a meal that i couldn’t even finish eating because there was no chicken in the tiny crunchy bits.

Put in a mobile order and they take an hour to fix a few milkshakes. Then they mark they are coming (I assume so the office thinks they are fast) and take another 20 minutes to bring out the order. Place has been ridiculous the last 5 times I’ve come here.

Whoever prepared mu Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito at 3PM today, you understood the assignment and I hope you have awesome things happen in your life, that meat and egg to cheese sauce ratio was perfect and you could teach a class to other Sonic locations on how to do it right!

First and last time lol I ordered a toaster and get microwaved bread with a whole stick of butter melted on it. Bacon grease just pouring out of it. I specifically asked for a straw and she said the straw is in the bag. Get down the road and guess what, no straw. And I tipped this girl $2 to walk this out to me. At least the tots were good but considering I pretty much paid $10 for them they better be.

Sent out wrong size coffee with my order. Sent it back. Pulled away only to find onions on my burger I asked to delete. Not to mention they started telling people that pulled up after me that they turned the grill off because they close in 30 minutes!

Don’t give refunds even if they don’t give you your food, just tell you to contact someone else. They like to close early and tell people their systems are down when really they just don’t wanna work anymore. Needs new management asap.
