Meat was cold and burger was sloppy. Notifying someone came to get the burger employee came outside stated the meat was fresh. I stated can I just get the same burger but wanted hot and fresh.. Worst sonic ever tbh. Food always comes out cold and Mozz sticks are ALWAYS undercooked. Cheese inside of them isn’t even melted. Staff is rude and will absolutely not correct your order of it’s wrong. They just do what they want here and it’s hella annoying. Not worth the trouble and employees need lessons in grooming themselves because they stink.

The service is terrible! From management to the carhops, everyone is extremely unprofessional. The lady taking my order hung up on me twice while I was trying to place an order at the stall. I definitely won’t be returning.

This is the first review I’ve ever given on anything.. in 56 years.. I ordered my burgers, all slightly different.. every burger came loaded with EVERYTHING. I’m deathly allergic to lettuce, DEATHLY! When a customer orders something, it’s not always about ‘likes” lettuce… I can’t EAT IT!!! EVERY BURGER, came with EVERYTHING.. I spent $30.. wasted. I’ve never worked fast food, but it seems, NO lettuce, no onions and NO cheese, would be VERY SIMPLE. Apparently for Bay Springs, they do it THEIR way..I was told everyone STOPPED, eating there because of the rude staff, children running inside and outside the building and basic simple orders were ignored.. because sonic does it their way.. EVERY BURGER, the same exact way because it’s easier.. very disappointing

Just pulled off on an order from Sonic and these teenagers here don’t know what they’re doing. We start to order and they keep walking off or doing it here things in the middle of it. Pressed the button twice and all of a sudden someone elses order pops up on the screen. People aren’t getting their orders and it’s unbelievable.

Food is good, correct, and quick. Several of the stall kiosks don’t work but using the mobile app let’s you not have to deal with that.

I say here for 10 minutes waiting for someone to answer, watched other people order and leave while I waited, pushed the button again, decided maybe the speaker isn’t working or something so I moved, then I got some lady yelling at me over the speaker when I finally got someone to answer. This location has really gone downhill in the past year or so. The young man that brought me my food was very polite though.

The absolute worst Sonic location there is. I’ve lived here 20 years and this location has always been a go to for a quick meal. However some years ago it changed ownership and since then service has declined. And the past 3 years it has dropped off the earth. Multiple instances of wrong orders, unfulfilled orders, cold food, bad service. And tonight has to be at the top of the list of worst experiences there. We pulled into the stall, ordered on the mobile app, order was placed and my card was charged by 10:13 PM. 10 minutes later the car hop comes to tell us that our order couldn’t be fulfilled. The sandwich I ordered couldn’t be made because they had already shut the grill down and cleaned it, one of the side items was out of stock, they finally said they could make my sandwich and they would substitute the side order, the steak and bacon grilled cheese came out with no bacon, cold steak, unmelted cheese, and soggy bread. Waited a few more minutes and the substitute for my side item never showed up. This location needs serious attention from the franchise owners. If they can’t provide better service than this, they would be better off to close the location.

When I got there, I gave my order and I was trying to decide on whether it was anything else and it only a minute before I was about to say “that’s it” and the waiter(Derica)said “I have no patience” and continued to sigh. Then she brought the food out and after she came back out with the sauce she was headed back to the door to go inside and said something under her breathe. So yeah I will never be back at this sonic location again.
