Everyone charges so much for drinks nowadays, it’s ridiculous. When we’re in town, we stop by and get a drink at half price during happy hour or on the app. Pretty much just pull in and pull out. People are always friendly.

We ordered 2 medium chili cheese fries and a couple other things. Paid almost $50 only for them to give me 2 small chili cheese fries. I called the store to let them know that my order was wrong and the manager completely argued with me and told me I didn’t have what I ordered when I’m sitting here with the receipt giving her my stall number and check number so she could see for herself . She then proceeds to say I don’t see any shakes on your order. I never said I ordered shakes I said medium chili cheese fries. After she noticed I was correct about my order being wrong she hung up in my face. I called back and no one even picked up the phone. But I will be going back to the store to pick up my correct order. The service and car hops sucks. There attitude’s make you not even wanna eat there.

Today I got my daughter a meal from sonic and decided to get myself a coney and tots with cheese and chili. I haven’t had it in along time, it use to be really good, but today the hotdog was rubbery, the chili tasted old and burnt and the bread was hard. It was disgusting…a $10.00 meal and it taste that bad.

My boyfriend ordered online and we had asked for extra syrup for my French toast sticks and we only got one and my strawberry nerd slushy had no flavoring we pressed the button to get it fixed and they said they’d send someone out there to get it fixed we waited over 10mins we had to stop one of the workers to get it fixed and when they brought me a “new” one they had just dumped flavoring and it was basically melted and tasted like watered down strawberries highly dissatisfied with our vist

We received our food, and the guy came and got my bank card and stayed gone for a good 10 minutes, he came back and said payment was declined, so I told him to try again because chime bank showed I had money and never showed where he attempted transaction, he demanded we give him the food back, which was gone by the time he returned, that’s how long it took. The only thing I could do was go get cash out, which I used the same exact card to pull money out of the ATM. When I brought it back roughly 5 minutes later, the manager came out and the way she looked at the guy taking our order, I could tell something wasn’t right. Turns out, they never swiped my card, so I’m not sure if he copied my card information or not, but it was an all around sketchy situation for no reason. Beware if you used your card at this location.

Edit: They’ve gotten much better and less greedy about their ingredients, especially when that Cambrie girl is the carhop. She’s also the only one who actually smiles and pretends she’s excited to see every customer. Back in the day, every employee at every store had her attitude or they’d be out of a job. Y’all need more just like her.
They ☆never☆ actually use the •CHEESECAKE SYRUP• that costs EXTRA every time we order a “master” shake– even when i specifically request “extra” cheesecake syrup! I ★always★ have to send it back for cheesecake flavoring because they give me a ▪︎plain vanilla shake▪︎ for the price of a cheesecake “master” shake!

Fast service and friendly staff as always. The food came out hot and ready. My only complaints were my slush wasn’t very slushy and they missed 1 of orders for tots O let the server know and he had another out immediately. If I knew about the drink I would have had them fill it with their regular Ice and I could have enjoyed a cold drink.
Sadly I didn’t realize this until after I left a good tip and I was miles away.
I will take it as a reminder to check my food before I leave. It is very possibly that the person who served me did not know. My wife ordered the same drink except hers had much more ice.
It’s hard to keep up in a fast paced world of fast food, Mistakes are made, I have never had problems at this location before.
I continue to recommend them and I will return.

I had a big online order. Something went wrong and our food was delayed. A glitch in the system. So after speaking to the car hop I was told to call support to get a refund. It showed I didn’t pay but they had my order and ticket number. The manager even spoke to them but after waiting on hold she took matters into her own hands.
Donella, the manager wrote down my order and they had my food ready in minutes. She and her staff went above and beyond. The best customer service I’ve seen and experienced in quite a while. They are all Awesome, even when there isn’t a problem. I will continue to go to Sonic but I’m not sure if I will ever order thru the app again.
