The car hop was really nice and the guy that took the order but they did not get the order right at all and what we got it wasn’t that great. We ordered the garlic steak burger, tried to get it off the app but couldn’t get it to work right. As you can See in the pics what we ordered was not what we got. I love sonic but they are becoming a big disappointment more and more. Kosciusko Ms and Philadelphia Ms as well.

Twice ordered Sonic Blast medium size no whip cream Snickers – first order came with whipped cream and Oreos- the next week the order was the same and this time there was not one fourth of a teaspoon of snickers in the ice cream. Called five times with no answer. Have heard others complain lately about Sonic deteriorating – burgers cold fries not cooked through – mozzarella sticks not cooked through – orders incorrect. Will not recommend this establishment.

So thankful that they are open late! We had gone to a fireworks show, but the food trucks there were so slow that we didn’t get anything to eat. We decided to drive to Philadelphia from DeKalb to get food for supper. It was 10:30 pm when we got there, but our carhop was happy to bring us our food!

The drink I ordered was good and so was the food it was like any other sonic the problem was the manager. The machine wasn’t working and taking my card so I payed through the app on the stall. Then when the car hop brought the food out they told me how much it would be so I showed them the receipt where I had already payed. They went back and got the manager who insisted very rudely that I had not payed and that you couldn’t do that even though it is a method that has been at sonics for a while now. I ended up having to pay double for my meal and then go through a refund process which I really didn’t care to do for the first payment. I also had to wait a while for them to take my card inside and pay manually which I wasn’t comfortable with doing.

Waited 35 minutes for mozzarella sticks and 3 pc of dried chicken strips. Girl at the microphone couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her. My two grandchildren that were with me told me that they didn’t want me to bring them back here.

It appeared busy with cars in most of the stalls. We expected to wait for a few minutes. We waited approximately 20 minutes, and we only heard them answer the call for two cars, and those customers were complaining about the long wait time for their food. No one answered our call, even though it kept timing out and we were calling again. Eventually we left without ordering. I have always enjoyed Sonic, but I won’t ever try that one again.

Sent order out twice and each time it was wrong. Sat entire 20 minutes and No food!!. I just said forget it and went to Jack’s. Never had that experience before in all the years I’ve visited this establishment.
