I went to this Sonic hoping it would be better than the other one. Unfortunately I was wrong. Waited 10 minutes after pressing the button. While we waited we were “treated” to 3 employees arguing with each other in the stall next to us. They were complaining about management, and coworkers. So unprofessional to be airing company drama on company property for all to hear. We ended up leaving because between the drama and the lack of attention it simply wasn’t worth it.

I’m beyond irritated. I paid $21.12 for two meals that look just like this when I get home almost 20 minutes away. 5 little chicken bites and 10 tater tots. I will NEVER be back.

Ordered online at 7:15 p.m on 11-12-25 and my daughter had to wait over an hour on one freaking burger. The whole evening staff should be fired immediately and replaced with someone who want to work.The restaurants in Meridian are horrible. Will never visit this Sonic again!!!

So I just wanted a handmixed after I got off work I show at 1145 they close at 12 I waited for almost 5 minutes in stall 7 and then I drove around the drive thru and they told me there closed and this exact reason I will stop going to sonic I used to be a regular to sonic in whatever state but I come to Mississippi what a crappy sonic I shall refuse whatever sonic worker that comes through the front door where I work and by law I have every right to refuse as you sat there and took one customer while I was there I shall boot y’all out the door and take that other customer treat others the way you want to be treated so good luck if I see you show up I don’t care if you order through the phone when you get there and I see your uniform I will pay for your order and it will be mine and you can get out that door

Me and my party were having a large amount of trouble getting our order. We would get the wrong food and had a huge wait along with it; however, Austin Carrll, one of the workers there, went above and beyond to make sure we got our proper food in a timely manor. He was polite and courteous and made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Cannot rate the man highly enough.

I don’t know what’s going on with this place. It’s going down hill more and more each time I come. It used to be a good food stop, but now the service is terrible. Last time I ordered a grilled double cheese burger added bacon, tomato, and mayo with no ketchup. I was given a regular one patty cheeseburger with ketchup… no bacon no tomato nor mayo. I brought it back and the manager Jay Malone fixed it. (I will say he was nice and fixed it fine). However I came back again today and paid for my food and drinks and one of my drinks did not come out with my food. I told the carhop and showed her where I paid for it on the receipt. She said ok. 10 minutes later no drink still. I pushed the button and told them and they said ok. 10 more minutes went by…. No drink still. I pushed the button again they ignored me but finally brought my drink (the strawberry slush float) 5 minutes later asking did I forget to get my drink. I did NOT forget my drink. Clearly I’ve been sitting here waiting on it because y’all forgot it. I understand mistakes happen, but it shouldn’t have took 25 minutes for me to get my drink and the staff should have been more concerned and accommodating since it was their mistake and not mine. That’s ridiculous. I’m not sure who the manager was today, but that’s terrible service. They also don’t even cover the “sauced” popcorn chicken fully with the sauce anymore (like the menu board shows). They just drizzle it on top . That’s not what sauced means.

I don’t know if the people don’t know how to make what you order or don’t care or don’t have the ingredients but I have ordered the supersonic burrito on several occasions and lately it hasn’t been having all the ingredients that come on it. If you don’t have all the ingredients to make it just say that or take it off the menu!

This sonic is absolutely HORRIBLE! Manager and staff at night are rude and just awful. I contacted the 866-Sonic number and responded to an email. I have heard nothing! I will not use this Sonic again and will think twice before using any other one.

I ordered 3 corn dogs, 2 fries, and 3 drinks on the app. Ordering online was quick and easy. The food was disgusting. The fries as you can see are old and cold. The corn dogs themselves were cold as well. I was really excited to get the corn dogs because it’s what I was craving but the fact that they were cold was a huge turn off. My whole ordered cost me $11 and barely any of it was eaten. I even asked for ketchup and mustard as condiments but received none whatsoever. I am very disappointed in my overall experience.
