The past three times I have gone, i have been disappointed. The lady taking orders has an awful attitude every time and the employees spend most of the time talking. The first time I went, I ordered a strawberry limeade, which has always been one of my favorites, and it was 90% lime and 10% strawberry. Absolutely awful. Last week I stopped by and saw the same employees as the past two times. My food and drink was made horribly. My drink not only tasted bad once again, but it was over filled and was not even closed properly. I have had no problems like these at other Sonic locations before. I started going to this location around a month ago and I have not had a good experience. I do not recommend this specific Sonic location at all!!

Thank you Sonic in Flowood, Ms for giving me food poisoning. I haven’t had Sonic in a longtime. I am going to enjoy this food. I ordered the #4 during lunchtime on 28 July 2023. When I got the burger, the ground meat, the bacon, and the onion ring was slightly burnt. I thought to myself that Sonic is always slightly burnt. It wasn’t until I gotten half way down the middle of the burger when it started tasting a little funny. I stopped eating the burger. I didn’t eat for the rest of the day. The next day I felt like Bernie Mac on the Thanksgiving Episode when Jordan accidentally mess with the knob on the grill. I will not eat from Sonic ever again.

Fast food with sit-down-restaurant wait time. Always cars wrapped around their drive thru because they don’t have the old school Sonic stalls. You better have 30 minutes to spare if you pull in the is place. Terrible service!!!

Drive thru was not moving, so being in a hurry I went inside. There was a young lady working on putting up supplies up front, she looked at me and said nothing. I then noticed 2 men standing by the cooking stations on their phones and not actively making any food. This restaurant is in bad shape. This was all at 1230 pm. Thursday 4/13/23. We walked out because no one would take our order.

Customer service was terrible…. I ordered a burger, tots, & a milkshake through the app. I arrive and decided to just go in and pick up my food. I literally stood at the front counter for 4-5 minutes!! I saw at least 8 employees and 4 of them looked me straight in my face and said nothing and kept talking and walking around doing nothing!!!! (The guys in the back were cooking)…. So 1 young lady named Mya was at the drive through but happened to turn around and see me, she immediately asked could she help me and started assisting me. While Mya was preparing my milkshake, 1 of the other employees that had saw me and ignored me (short, fat, and wear glasses) had the nerve to say, “You still standing there?”… I wanted to curse her out but I didn’t! I told her, “Yeah cause bout 4 of yall looked me in my face and didn’t say nothing!” She turned around with an attitude. By then Mya had my milkshake and food and handed it to me and told me to have a goodnight. I really appreciate Mya cause she was the only one willing to assist me! And the guys in the back cooking did a great job with my food, it was delicious. Another young lady was at the drive through with Mya so she didn’t see me…. But the other employees customer service is pathetic!!

The food is good, however the kids that are taking my order. Never really listen when I say no ice in my drink or very little ice. They proceed to either put no ice at all and the drink is very warm. Or they put a whole lot of ice and don’t listen When I request very little ice. The servicing of the food takes a long time and i’m always late coming back from lunch because of the slow service.

Stopped in for supper tonight at the Flowood Sonic and was not disappointed. I’ve been here in the past and never had a bad experience. The managers and staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh and fixed perfectly. On the occasion that something is left off order during one their busy times, you get the missing item without argument or being made to feel like your trying to cheat the company out of something. Should definitely stop in and eat if in the area doing shopping.
