THIS IS THE WORST SONIC EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF EXPERIENCING.

I HAD TO PRESS THE BUTTON TWICE. THE FIRST TIME I WAITED 10 MINUTES AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED. I PRESSED IT AGAIN THEN 3 MINUTES LATER THEY RESPONDED. “I SHOULD’VE LEFT THEN!”

I HAD REAPEATED MY ORDER LITERALLY 7-10 TIMES. SHE DIDN’T RING IT UP RIGHT SO I ASKED HER ABOUT IT. SHE CORRECTED IT THEN WHEN IT CAME OUT, IT WAS SLOPPY AND WRONG.

FRIES WERE COLD, BURGER DIDN’T HAVE ALL TOPPINGS ON IT AND NEITHER DID THE FISH SANDWHICH. I GOT OUT WALKED UP AND ASKED THEM TO CORRECT IT. SHE BROUGHT OUT SOME MORE COLD & HARD FRIES, THE EXTRA TOPPINGS, AND MY DRINK HAD ICE WHEN I ASKED FOR NONE.

I JUST SAID FORGET IT AT THAT POINT. TOO MUCH TIME WAS WASTED. I PROCEEDED TO MY DESTINATION TO FIND THAT NOT ONLY WAS THE BURGER SLOPPY BUT LESS THAN MEDIOCRE IN TASTE.

I’LL NEVER GO TO THAT ONE AGAIN!!!

The service was good, I ordered on the app. The sauce looked like it was sitting collecting dust somewhere, dust was all on the top.. I start eating the chili dog and there was mold on it. You just can not eat out now of days smh

Something must be wrong with the sonics in Jackson Mississippi and Ridgeland. They always mess up my order every time i go to one… They always claim they system down at Clinton blvd, I had to go inside the one in Ridgeland they left the bacon off my sandwich. I pulled up to the Northside one and rung the buzzer one dey, no one answered one day.

The manager rung me up Sept, I thought making my meal large I would get a good slush. My slush was completely watered down, I tasted it after a long day of work at the hospital. Its like it was full of ice and no juice. I had it in the freezer the whole time i was at work.

I called the store and the same store manager pucked up, she was so rude to me and hung up in my face. She was saying i just want something free, no I want what i paid for. i paid 16 dollars for a nothing combo because the burger was sloppy, watered down slush and my cheese tots were not hot.

I will not go to another sonic as along as i live. And i don’t think anyone needs to go to another Sonic until they fix the problems. They rude, have no manners, no leadership and not customer friendly. The manager thought I wanted something free but I work hard for my money. I didn’t deserve that experience in my community. Like I said don’t go to Sonic restaurants.

I brought a hotdog, and went straight home 5-8 minutes away, washed my hands and sat at the table to eat the chili dog, it tasted as if they went in the refrigerator took a hotdog out of the pack and placed it on a bun, without cooking it, and then they went in the cabinet and got a can of chili and didn’t warm it up and spreaded a thin layer of chili/ one barely seen layer of chili on the hotdog, I took a bite and spit it out and offered it to the dog and he wouldn’t eat it, so I threw the hotdog in the garbage, I will never eat here again, owners the workers are losing you business, get a friend to go at different times, to eat, and report back to you, and you will have your answer.

I ordered a #7 which on the drive thru menu said it was the garlic butter burger, and I got a chili cheese dog. I had a toddler going crazy in the backseat so it’s partly my fault for not confirming it was the correct order. But because of said toddler I cant just go back and get it corrected. Extremely disappointed.

We got take away for my Grandchildren. It’s always #1 choice for the younger even if it isn’t an option mentioned. Their orders were perfectly prepared to their specifications and they were absolutely pleased.

Extremely unprofessional. I ordered and was told the computer froze. After the GM fixed the screen they chose to skip me and take the order of people who came after me. It’s a shame that Sonic thinks our community doesn’t deserve decent customer service.

I’d rate it 0 stars if I could. Somebody higher up in corporate, please, either close this location or get new management. Refusing to even take a simple drink order 30 minutes prior to closing time shows that the people working don’t want their jobs.

I have been working in the area for the last couple of months and every morning when I stop by they have my order out quick and are always very friendly.

Full disclosure – I do use the app to order so that may factor into the speed at which I get my items. That being said I have always had a pleasant experience here.
