I dont know who is back there making the ice cream blast, but they are doing their thing!! My only complaint is that it was a bit too many cookie dough pieces to the point where I had more pieces than ice cream lol but its ok! It was well mixed and they did not hold back, so I really appreciate that!

Not beat experience or the worst. They got my order wrong server didn’t seem very sorry about it…food was wrapped wrong & sauces squeezing out into bag…a bit sloppy. Otherwise service was what you’d expect from a fast food off highway exit.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The mere fact that EVERYTHING is done fresh and is steaming hot when you get it, OMG! The shakes and slushies are my weakness, so I try to limit myself on those. But my expectations is exceeded each and every time I visit. Great experience always ❤️

The food, service, and atmosphere are always great at any local I visit around Jackson!! Sonic has a variety of selections to choose from on their menu!! Great place to take the family on nights you don’t feel like cooking!! And they have some of the best orange juice and tasty breakfast choices!! Last but not least, don’t forget to TIP!! Sonic is in a class of its own!!!

My experience at this Sonic was horrible. I repeated my order several times even had them to repeat it back to me. They still got my order wrong. The rest of my order got cold while waiting for them to remake their mistake. I asked for some type of compensation since I had to wait a second time. The manager said I could not be compensated, it’s not their policy. Got home, my order was still wrong. The manager/workers needs comprehension training. People want what they order not what you decide to give them. If you mess up own your mistake and make your customers feel whole before they leave your establishment.
