Sonics is hands down America’s best corporate chain national drive in. They carry many drink and food selections and their prices are acceptable. Sometimes their service can be slow but they are usually very nice though. They lately have lots of new specialty treats to try each month.

It’s a good place to enjoy some fast food served right. The employees are competent and they deliver the food quickly and accurately. It’s a great place to bring kids for a quick bite and the menu has so much to choose from on it.

I came a couple months ago service was terrible and came back, nothing change. Soon as the window open all you can hear is playing. I was in the stall for at least 30 minutes just to get 2 greasy chicken sandwiches one of them was wrong had to get that remade. When I got home both of the chicken patties tasted burned and greasy. When was the last grease change? The chicken smelled burned. I call the store phone and ask to speak to a manger and was on hold for 10 minutes. I drove up there and ask for freshness one chicken was fresh and the other one was hard as a brick and still they forgot to put the my side order in the bag.

The children really enjoyed their burgers and chili cheese fries kids meals. They were a little disappointed with receiving refrigerator magnets for a toy. The Dr Pepper had the right amount of ice.

Ok I only gave 4 stars because they were not busy at all when I went through, so I cannot really say anything on speed of service. It was quick for me, but as I said, I was the only one there.
So I ordered 2 sausage breakfast burritos, with Baja cheese sauce and no tortilla. Told them I wanted both in a bowl. Order was exact as I ask for and very good.
I see allot of complaints on here about the service received, once again I cannot speak about it when busy, but the woman who waited on me in the drive-thru this morning was INCREDIBLY nice. She double checked my order when I got up to the window to ensure she heard me clearly about putting them in a bowl, She had a smile on her face the entire time we were discussing(even tho she was wearing a mask, you could still tell she was smiling). I ask her if they still sold bags of ice and she said yes then went and grabbed an empty bag so she could let me know how many pounds it was.
Great experience and thanks to Alicia I will most definitely be going back for my breakfast tomorrow.

I was welcomed by drive through,she spoke clearly,ask me if I wanted a shake or blizzard with my desired candy,size and repeated it back to me ask me if I would like to get some chicken strips or onion rings to go with my treat, gave me my total, and it did take a few seconds longer than most drive through 5 or 6. But when she gave me my Blast I was so pleased. The ice cream was heavenly. Not to hard to break the spoon and not any melting that I would have to sip like soup. I enjoyed spoon after spoon filled with snickers all the way to my house minimum 35min away and it was still holding up. This was truly the best ice cream I’ve had in year’s! If others took the time to make it right and had the equipment’s to have such creamery, temperature, candy amount that you can actually taste in every bite including the bottom, and this was the first time I have ever received a large and it was very large and I felt like I got well my money’s worth! Anyway, I usually don’t fill my experience out but this sonic/or the person who made my order really deserves a heads up. Thank you very much.

My husband went to the drive-thru and initially ordered a #5, but they said they was out. So he ordered a # 4. We pulled up to the window and paid and waited about 15 minutes. Still no food. He had to knock on the window about 5 times and asked for a refund. After the refund was given, there was no apology or acknowledgement. Very dissatisfied!!!

Everytime I come here at night time my food always cold and wrong. The manager outside, maybe if she was inside she can help fix the mistakes. My items was wrong, I gave it back 3 times and it was the same chicken patty each time greasy and soggy. Just terrible.
