It took well over 40 minutes to get some drinks while we were the very first and only car in the parking lot when I put in my order and they said it was busy. Which would’ve been fine if I didn’t try my shake and it had strawberries. Definitely not what I ordered as I’m severely allergic to them. We did get a new shake afterwards, but that is still incredibly insane. Do better please!

Probably the worst sonic in the area. I have, against my better judgement, attempted to get drinks here several times. Waiting 10+ minutes for 1 drink almost every time.
Today, they didn’t even have what I ordered and paid for. I waited for 10 minutes before they even came out and told me. I had already paid. This store needs some serious intervention. Do yourself a favor a drive a few minutes further to the other Pearl Sonic or the one in Richland. That’s my last chance for them.

As someone else said, normally I would rate this sonic a 4 or 5 but today brought that down. Placed a mobile order (nothing crazy, couple drinks and some cheese sticks) said it would be ready about 6 mins after placing. Cool no problem. Sat for 30 minutes after checking in. Pushed the button and took them another 6 mins before acknowledging me. Then took another 10 mins after that to get my order. I had ordered 2 large cheese sticks (which is an 8 count), they gave me 7 per little bag. Normally I wouldn’t fuss about that but after waiting forever I was a little ill. Also watched people pull up after me, order, and get their stuff before mine ever came out.

I came here as I normally do to fullfill my hungry needs, but the past 3 times I got I got a large chilli cheese tots have not been even edible. The tots were still frozen, my cheese wasn’t evenn frozen. And not like I would want more of that but y’all didn’t come close to fill the large chilli cheese tots container. And the fact they didnt even give me plastic wear. DO I LOOK LIKE A MONKEY? eating with my hands. WORST SERVICE IN PEARL. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Normally I would rank Sonic as a 4 or 5 star rating but lately visits to this Sonic have been really sub-par. In the past few weeks I’ve had cold food, watered down drinks, and missed items from my order. Tonight we stopped here to get a quick supper and ordered three kids meals and two BLT sandwich combos. I attached pictures of the sandwiches I received. They barely shared one slice of bacon. They were very dry with cold bread. The drinks my wife and I had were cherry-limeades and both of them were missing cherry flavor. It’s a real shame that this restaurant seems to be going down in quality. The service is still very friendly and I am not knocking the carhop staff at all. They’ve always been welcoming and friendly to me on my visits. Looking at other recent reviews I see food quality issues as well, I’m hoping they get these resolved as I truly enjoy going to Sonic.

Stopped here while on the road, Monday 01/16/23. Applause to the person who made my fruit slush. It was mixed perfectly and hit the spot. I ordered the strawberry fruit slush with xtra fruit. It was mixed perfectly and not watered down. It had the correct amount of extra berries and it was mixed through out the whole drink. First sonic I’ve seen to have a play area for Children. Will stop at this location again when I pass through just for it again.

I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. I only had one piece of bacon that was broken in half. The eggs were extremely overcooked and dry. The bread wasn’t toasted and the cheese wasn’t melted. Worst breakfast sandwich ever!!!!

Nasty attitude like she didn’t understand because they are new or some but you don’t come at your first customers like that she had on a red shirt and a purple yarn in her head and I had to get my order remade in the morning or my money back she just close the window on me like Omg I thought the double stuff Oreo blast comes with extra Oreos and ice cream why is there more ice cream than oreos
