I was DoorDashing and pressed the button soon as I got there and let them know. Three or four others got served before me. I had to get the attention of a young girl to let her know that my customer was about to cancel their order. She had just clocked in for her shift but she made sure that she brought it right out! I had been waiting over 30 minutes for that DoorDash order.

Most of the food is not very good, it’s all way over priced, however the staff always seems friendly. The only food item worth ordering is the chicken(any type of chicken option). Otherwise drinks or shakes are all I would recommend. THE TOTS ARE ALWAYS COLD AND STILL FROZEN IN THE MIDDLE!! This is a complaint about all Sonics not just ours, that’s why I had to holler it lol

We ordered two cheeseburgers no ketchup, extra onions, add bacon and mustard. Our burgers were Cold, even the cheese was room temp. Only thing on them was bacon, mustard, and inions. We also had a large order of fries that was cold. We were traveling and didn’t open the bag before we left. Food is so expensive you would think more pride would go into the preparation of it.

My husband & I stopped by Sonic Drive-In of Magee, Ms on Friday for some lunch. We were very pleased with every thing from the service, the food, all the way down to facility cleanliness. They got everything correct on our order. Our food was freshly made and hot when we received it. Our carhop was friendly, professional, clean & neat in appearance. We didn’t have to wait forever to receive our food. The parking lot was clean and neat as well. We really enjoyed our lunch and will visit again soon. They know what they are doing and they should be commended for a job well done.

Imagine ordering a pretzel and asking them to make sure it comes with the cheese sauce. Then they charge you for extra $2 cheese that you didn’t even ask for. Then you getting ZERO cheese in the bag. Ignorance. Always have to check the bag even when the waitress comes out specifically telling you there is cheese in the bag.

The service is absolutely horrible everything u go to this sonic the wait time is unbelievable the owner or who ever OWNS this sonic in magee ms really needs to evaluate the employee’s they are so slow takes forever to place an order and even l9nger to get your food
