I’m very confused on why do i have to pay for sauce if I order a #10 combo which chicken tenders with fries and sauce is on the picture. It is false advertising to advertise the sauce with the #8 and #10 if it is supposed to come with it. So you can’t get sauce with any meal without buying it is what you are telling me.

The food is hit and miss, but I have always gone back….until today.
I payed with cc and got bank notification of the charge. When I got my order they said the transaction didn’t go through and I had to pay again. So my onion rings and Coke cost $17.08.

We have been driving for hours in the middle of no where. Excitement filled my 4 children when they saw the Sonic sign only to be followed by disappointment. Service was horrible. We could not understand what the girl taking the order was even saying. We repeated ourselves several times and our order came out wrong twice. The kids would not eat the fries, they tasted of stale grease. My chili cheese tots were so soggy that they fell apart when I stuck my fork into them. All around a huge disappointment for a car of 6 hungry people. We threw it away and counted it as a loss.

Good place to eat, especially if you don’t want to get out of your car. You can also sit outside underneath the outside shelter. The food is good & the temp of the food is nice. Nice variety of shakes & drinks as well.

Always a terrible experience here. They have never been able to get the order correct. I don’t ask for anything special, just some onions on my hamburger. I can’t recall a time when I actually got them. I have tried ordering through their app in the effort to get my food faster as they’re very slow too. Using the app made my order even slower. I had to use the call box to see if my order was ready, they said it was and that they would be right out. It still took another 5 minutes past that call before it was brought out. The food was cold by that time too as who knows how long it sat there before they decided to actually bring it to me? Don’t waste your time coming here, unless you want your food wrong, and cold.

Sat for over 15 minutes waiting after pressing button. And there weren’t any other guests. Then charged $1.53 more than the exact same meal I purchased the previous day. Then refused to do a split payment. Garbage attitudes although I was polite and still tipped.
