Had the absolute worst girl on the drive through. 2days ago on Aug 17 at about 9p.m. she should have been fired on the spot for talking to a customer the way she did. Extremely rude. She also knew she was being rude and really didn’t care. I got her name. The shift leaders name. The Mgr and the district Mgr. I will be contacting them about choice of employees.

The last couple of times I have eaten at the Florence location my order was wrong both times and it was so over cooked I almost didn’t eat it but I was starving and wasn’t about to throw away money or turn around and go back. My whole family has decided to never eat there again! The service is fine but the food is terrible and I hate to talk bad about a place of business but the truth is the truth.
