Ordered 2 slushes. How can you get that wrong?
1st slush was a lemonade add lime. It was straight water.
2nd slush was a peach add white coconut . It was plain ole coconut.

Mind you I order these every week. The first slush will be dark green. And the second slush will be orange color . They used the bare minimum of whatever they put in the slush.
The taste was terrible . And the fact they charged me for adding flavor that they obviously did not add. I will not be returning to This location. I don’t have money or time to be wasted .

Okay I go to the Sonic every so often. I usually order very simple things but the one time I wanted to custom order and they completely botched it. Burger was cold and everything. As I look at Google and decide not to be Petty and call in. I opted to do this instead. If you go here check your food.

The food is okay (it’s Sonic, you know what you’re getting here), but that’s about all you can say good for this location. The machines are either busted or the staff isn’t using them right; I had to hit the red button twice to get any response. And when taking the order, nothing was showing on the screen at car-side, so no clue if they were even taking my order or not, and no way to pay (since it didn’t show my order put in, it also didn’t offer me to use my card).

After waiting long enough for my car to try and shut itself down for being idle and everyone on my side of the place having long since left, I finally gave up and just went to the other location across town. I was able to get my order and return home in less time than waiting at this first location.

It’s sad, but don’t bother with this location no more. I dunno what happened, but they ain’t even trying or something. Honestly, if you want a hamburger, the Wendy’s on 80 is probably a safer bet…

This Sonic is ok but could be better if they did better completing orders. My orders often have items missing. If there are items this location doesn’t have, please communicate that effectively and substitute a different item.

This is our go-to Sonic since it is literally less than half a mile from our house. It’s fine if you just want drinks/ice cream but it’s rare to get food from this location and it be anything close to fresh.

Placed a Mobile order 1 hour and 10 min prior to the Sonic Website stated closing time. Arrived 8 min later.
Checked into stall. My card was charged.
After a few minutes, an employee came out and said they were closed and I should get a refund in 3 to 5 business days!.
No I’m sorry or anything !
There were multiple employees inside.
At least 6 cars sent away while I waited.

Do not order here at night! It’s really good during the day and the staff is nice. But over and over and over again, I order from here at night and they get my stuff wrong. It’s thrown together, cold, and most importantly incorrect!! You guys need to do better! I understand it’s late and everyone is ready to get home but as someone who is just getting off work myself and looking for a quick meal, this is so frustrating. Please do better.

Sometimes it’s right. Sometimes it’s wrong. Princess does not like her job. So, hopefully she’s not the one giving you the wrong order.

Update: changing my review from 3 stars to 1 star. After seeing the reply on my last review, i thought, well at least they’re trying to fix things. We decided to stop by on the way to school. Got there at 7:30. Our order finally got taken at 7:46. We got our food at 8:06…4 minutes before the bell rings for school. I probably should have known better than to stop by when we had some place to be. Our milk shake was melted when we got it. The tots were cold. Our burritos were luke warm. One of the burritos had half a tomato in it, the other didnt have any tomatos but had several bits of lettuce in it. Lettuce is not an ingredient in the breakfast burrito we ordered . However, no one gave us an attitude for simply giving them business so I guess thats good…

I think its a shame that this sonic is one of the only choices we have on this side of town.

If you don’t want to work early in the morning let your people know don’t take it out on the customer I don’t like things shoved in my hand and I left a tip but after the attitude I sensed I didn’t keep what I ordered I threw it away it was only a cup of ice but who knows what went on from the store to the car
