Worst Sonic I have ever been too. We got 50 dollars worth of food and 3 of the BLT’s were hard and literally had one to two pieces of bacon. The burger was suppose to have bacon and did not. They did redo them and thru were a lil better but the bread was still not very done

I never write reviews, especially bad ones. I would like to start by saying I’m not a Karen. I’m 19 and have worked in fast food service and seen rude customers first hand. I always try to be respectful because I know what it’s like. Now that that’s out of the way, every time I’ve went to this sonic they’ve gotten my order wrong. I’m out like over $50 because they forget things every time. Almost every carhop I’ve gotten has been rude or just not said anything. Not a word. I had one ask me (multiple times I came there) “No tip??” And get mad at me even though I tipped on the app. (I shouldn’t have tipped). I’ve politely asked them to bring me something I was missing multiple times and I sat there for 20 minutes and they never brought it out. Even when I pressed the red button. And no, I wasn’t rude. I’m sure someone is going to wonder “why do you still go there??” Because it’s the only place w food in Okolona. Other than dodges. I know most sonics suck but this one is the worst I’ve ever seen. By far. Even after feeling this way I have NEVER been a rude customer there. Not once. And they still have an attitude with me even though I’m nice and ask for things politely (not demand them).

This was my first time at the location. Initially we received the order incorrectly but I will say the manager was able to come personally to fix it. I appreciate that and will be back if I’m ever in the area. The food tasted great

I am really disappointed . Okolona sonic use to be the best around and now it seems like you don’t care anymore. I ordered a burger today and got a mouth full of hard plastic. I tried calling to let someone know but the phone is being ignored. I know that it’s not because y’all were to busy because I was just there and I know there were very few customers. When I tried calling (more than once) I got a message that your voice-mail box is full which tells me that not only are calls being ignored on a regular basis but the messages are being ignored as well. The negligence that happened to me today could cause serious issues and should not be ignored.

The food took 30 minutes to get to us because the person preparing the food was loitering outside loudly conversing with peers that consisted of both other employees and guests. He drove off in a car, came back, and proceeded to enter back into the kitchen to prepare our food. We observed employees throwing things at each other in the kitchen while preparing meals. My husband ordered chili cheese tots, but the person taking the order was apparently so distracted that he did not key in what was ordered. The tots also tasted like they had been cooked in very old grease. We are not pleased. The employees were extremely unprofessional.

Food was ok but the screen was nasty. It had dried food partials stuck to it (others did too) and they are the new touch screen where you have to touch it to make your payment or to scroll up or down to make sure your order is correct. Nasty dried tomatoes and nickels and some mystory partials I had to tell myself was old dried relish. Makes you not want to eat the food if that’s how nasty the outside is. How nasty is the kitchen?
