At least 10 or more of the stalls are broken with out of order signs. After going to one stall (with no sign saying it was broken, but it was) I went to another that worked, but the screen was out so they HAD to take the card in for payment. I went at lunch time so expected a wait, but not 20 minutes just to order & another 20 for food. ( Also, I tried to order on the app & the Senatobia location is marked as closed on the app.) They have hand written signs up that say “This stall works…be patient please.” So that tells you they have gotten lots of complaints. Do better Sonic.

Will never go back and will tell all my friends and family how bad they have gotten. We dont go and pay hard earned money for bad food. Gave one star so I could leave review. First order was wrong. Second….I got cheese tots, they were over cooked and old. I asked for fresh and got another order of the same ones I sent back instead of them dumping them and cooking a fresh batch. So sad !!!

Ordered three kids meals last night and it was absolutely horrible, they messed up the order 4 times. One of the burgers was all to peices and flat honestly looked disgusting possably dropped on the floor the other had no cheese no pickles and wrong dressing. Had to wait 45 mins for them to finally get it right. Even after the 4th time someone had to come back out and ask me what was supposed to be on the burger. They were playing around. Thank you to my car hop for caring and to the guy who finally got the burgers right. I had a long 2hr drive so this was just a horrible night for us, the kids just wanted something simple to eat and was starving waiting. Do better. Ticket 162017

I have been going to the sonic in senatobia since a teenager and I must say this is the best service by far that sonic has ever given. Every single time I come I never even have to check my bag before leaving because they always get it right. Super nice. Just amazing!

Never go here they always get orders wrong whether you order on the app or at the store. Terrible service you have to wait 15-20 mins minimum just for 1 drink
