Came through for a blue raspberry slush with nerds she brings me my drink and it was wrong it tasted like sugar water with ice in it and it had no nerds so she comes back and I told her that it was wrong and she said she can bring some nerds out on the side !! I told her no ma’am that’s not going to work so she asked for my cup and maybe 1 minute later she brings out the same cup which means she took the straw out threw it away and just threw some nerds in it !! The slush was water bout time she gotten back to my car !! I’ve never had any problems from the store and today was just that day for problems to be had ..

Guys….the food is your basic sonic food… but the service tho!! I didnt have to ask for these things but they put a coupon on it, they gave me ketchup, napkins, and jelly!! I’m so used to having to ask for these things when they bring your food out at the one in Cleveland, MS. The carhop was so chipper. 10/10 for the morning crew here!!

2026 & STILL NOT WORTH IT! This location is the absolute worst sonics I’ve been to and I travel A LOT for work so I’ve been to plenty. The audacity of making me wait 40 minutes for an order that I made in the app before I even came, and then not bringing my food until I asked to cancel the order and give me a refund, and then bring me food that’s obviously been sitting on a counter because the slushes were all liquid (barely any ice to them) and the food was lukewarm at best. Three other cars came and left while I was sitting there. I try to give employees the benefit of the doubt because I don’t know what sort of staffing issues or machine issues they may be working with. But for me to wait that long, call in 3 different times, and have the same person ask me each time what my order was…. And it came almost immediately once I asked for a refund… (Really suspicious) Last straw though: it’s the complete lack of care or tiniest bit of customer service. Y’all could have reheated my food before you brought it out. You could have NOT put a lemon in my grape slush (I mean why even do that?). You could have APOLOGIZED for making me wait so long or for forgetting me three different times. But you did absolutely none of that. You do NOT have to worry about me wasting my money at this Clarksdale location ever again.

Servers are so young, they don’t have any hustle in them. They NEVER mix the Sonic Blasts. They just put the cookies on the bottom of the cup, pour ice cream on top of that, then sprinkle cookies on the top. There’s no mixing involved at all. No matter how many times I request them to mix it, they still don’t mix it. I’ve just stopped ordering it from this location.

I don’t usually write reviews but this Sonics location is horrible. The worker that took my order cut me off while I was still ordering. I had to make a second order . Neither one of the workers asked if I wanted my change back on either orders . They just walked off without saying anything. I don’t recommend this location AT ALL.

This place rocks!!! They have recently, well for about a year now, have renovated this store. I have to say that even before they renovated, this store has always had hot, delicious food, and now there’s even more room to park. It used to be crowded during lunch, and dinner. So in my best opinion, the addition of more parking, excellent and probably about the same delivery time, they definitely deserve 5 stars. Keep up the great work.
