You either like it or you use the drive through. It’s convenient to have a place to park so you can eat and still be able to talk to the people making your orders incase you forgot to ask for an item or they forget one of your items.

Not much choices; we were leaving from visiting family. Placed order (for 6) waited 45 mins with crying baby to finally get food, that was an incomplete order & brought the piece they forgot back, incorrect. The burgers we ordered were overcooked … if I’m busy I’m pushing the line, this makes no sense. Do better

Gave me the wrong order, when they finally got it right they brought me cold food. Didn’t seem like the hot dog was even cooked. At that point I did not even want anything else from there, just let them keep my $10, threw out the food, and went down the street.

Do not got here. Their machines messed up after taking my money and didn’t show I paid, manager had no interest in reading my bank script went straight to we didn’t get it so you gotta pay again. I made him take the food back. Absolutely horrific every time I go here. Will never make that mistake again and you should be aware that this place is terrible before you go.

Had to add some additional frustration. Every time I order a soda, it’s about 90% ice and 10% soda. This is a bad policy since these drinks aren’t cheap.

This is my $19 order from Sonic today that took 20 minutes to get. Can you tell which burrito cost $4 and which was $2? I couldnt. I’m done with Sonic, it’s this way every time, I guess I’m the sucker.

I am in no way upset with the employees, they are always very nice. It’s corporate and their policies, especially prioritizing the drive-thru over mobile pickup and parking space orders.

Cost more in fuel to idle my truck at Sonic waiting for the 4 items I ordered then it costs to buy the food! And there is only one other car.

I NEVER write reviews but this place has frustrated me so many times! I love sonic. I’m from Texas and sonic is a place I’ve gone my entire life. This sonic ALWAYS brings me cold food! ALWAYS takes forever to bring me my food! They NEVER have enough people working. My husband has watched an employee smoke a cigarette go inside make his burger without washing hands or putting gloves on and had to ask for his burger to be remade. We have found hair in food! And today I was basically told to leave before I could order! Why? Because they were busy and said it was going to be a long wait…..if they can’t handle more than 3 stalls then they shouldn’t have more “car stalls” than that. The girl was going to every vehicle and telling everyone to basically leave unless they wanted to wait. Every sonic I have ever been to can handle up to 30+ vehicles and have food and drinks out in no time! This place has poor management or lack there of at this location. I love sonic but this location is a joke.
