This seems to be a relatively new/renovated Sonic here in Waynesboro, Tennessee. Came here on a Monday evening with little traffic and not much in terms of people either. The service was a bit slow, but it was worth it. I only got a shake, and my goodness, the strawberry cheesecake shake was fantastic. There are a couple outside seating arrangements, but there is not much otherwise. Not bad!

The Sonic Drive-in at Waynesboro is terrific. I take the stress off of the run around town shopping trips with Sonic for lunch or dinner. The food is delivered hot and fresh while the drinks are cold and refreshing. The service is fast, friendly and made just like I like it. I just love this place and recommend it to family and friends.

They have great food and a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from also, my experience has always been a good one!
Friendly and fast service, you can choose to sit in your car and eat, get it to go, or sit at the tables they have for your leisure. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid with my parents and I’m happy we still have places like this to take my grandchildren now!! Memories….

This Sonic was not the best I’ve ever visited; that title still goes to the Sonic in Summertown, TN. Because here at this Sonic I was served the wrong burger, which wasn’t warm enough to melt the cheese slice on top, and there was an excessive amount of each condiment given the burger’s small size.
The tater tots were crispy, which was a plus, but they were only warm, bordering on cold. The strawberry cheesecake shake was enjoyable, but it lacked strawberries (although I’m not sure if they still include them in their shakes) and appeared somewhat sad—not the cheerful shake you expect.
While this wasn’t the worst Sonic experience I’ve had—that unfortunate title belongs to the location in Hohenwald, which served me a burger that tasted like it had just come out of the refrigerator—it definitely left something to be desired.

Really good food here but the prices are kinda high. The locations good and it’s easy to get into and out of. For a small town sonic it was not bad.

The food here is typically pretty good quality. Breakfast burritos here are the bomb. I could literally eat one every morning. The reason that follow are why this is a four star review. I’ve never had a bad experience, however my order has been wrong a few times. It you want a sauce that should normally come with your order remember to ask for it. They will not bring it with your order. Overall, the food usually pretty good quality for fast food. The service is usually very good and you will get your order in roughly 5-7 minutes. Sometimes the service is slower after 8 pm but in my opinion that is to be expected at restaurant as closing time draws near. Another thing to beware of is that if you enjoy slushes or other frozen drinks (not including ice cream products) during happy hour they will not be as good as they would be at other times. The location is convenient as it is one of few restaurants in town. Usually the parking lot is clean and not crowd. If weather permits this location is fine to get out and eat at the park benches.
