This was a grilled cheese with extra bacon ordered. Paid over $2 extra for 4 pieces of bacon. And it wasn’t grilled with butter, it was thrown on the grill dry and tasted burnt.

Waited for 10 minutes after pressing the order button which said was activated and watching everyone else around me order when I was there way before those people. Finally I stopped a car hop and asked if there was a problem with the station and she said yes. Omg, no sign stating it wasn’t working…. guess that is just Lawrenceburg for you. So many people has complained about non functioning machines and NOTHING has yet to be done!

Only 4 starts on the atmosphere because only the person in the drivers seat can see the menu. Put the menu on both sides of the signs so passengers can see the menu too

I ordered cheesesticks and they weren’t cooked all the way. When i notified the worker she was nice and went back to make more. Then a few moments later a manager comes out and yells at us and tell us “If your wanting us to remake your cheesesticks you have you give us the bad ones.” I gave her them and she snatched them and walked away with an attitude. But I did get the new ones and there great!

The girls were very understanding and patient with me and my mom. Obviously Sonic isn’t your typical fastfood restaurant. It was our first time eating there so it took us a second to figure out how things work. Again, they were very patient and kind about it. The food is great too! The Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich is amazing!
