Parking lot being redone, using 1/2 of the drive ups. Young male adults made it hard to enjoy as they’re screaming, throwing items at each other. One car almost hit us because of another throwing a drink at his window. He put his car reverse and slammed into his friend’s truck. I get it being young and having fun but actions like this can get someone hurt. How is this Sonics fault? The young girls working there were all out laughing it up about the accident. Not one employee came out and took it serious. Doesn’t seem like a safe place to park and eat!

Let’s start off with the car hopper was pretty nice but on the other hand I was ordering my food , I got my fiancé food first . That was wrong I ordered a combo number 5 no tomatoes no bacon , they gave me a combo 4 with beef instead of chicken with pickles and onions when my fiancé don’t even eat that . I ordered my food I’ll post how that looks and finally I ordered our daughter food , I said I want a 2pc meal she said we don’t have that I said I’m looking at the kids menu sweetheart . So apparently she was upset because she said well I didn’t know sweetheart . Come on now make it make sense . Get home all the food messed up . And I can’t even make a complaint because they didn’t answer the phone and I let the carhop keep my receipt because I thought nothing of it . Anyways I told my fiancé I’ll just cook for now on because these fast food restaurants were nothing like when I managed a couple years ago. But you look at my food and tell me if you’ll eat that ?

Do not go here looking for a good milkshake or any other frozen “ice cream.” It’s not ice cream. They hardly put any flavoring in their shakes, whether it be Choc, banana, or peanut butter. It will always look and taste like vanilla. Send it back and I swear it came back tasting even more like vanilla. This location is the absolute worst sonic I’ve been to and I’ve been to sonics all over the U.S.. They have never gotten our orders correct, and never get them delivered. You’re asking for it if you do. The sonic in Medina has always been on point, but I shouldn’t have to drive there when I live here in Milan. It just sucks.

You gotta be kidding me with these overdone chicken strips dark brown and so dry!! I ordered tots with cheese and diced onions and only got a regular order no extras that I paid for. The kitchen doesn’t seem to care at all about the food they put out. I will not be ordering your food again. Your grease was old too

I go to Milan Sonic almost daily. They are always polite and friendly. I love that I can get any drink combination I want! My favorite is cranberry ginger ale with twisted lime syrup. (With a new year new me resolution, I changed my drink to water with cranberry and twisted lime) Sonic has options for everyone.
