Roll up to order and just be told they are currently not accepting any orders.. earlier I rolled in and was told they have no marinara sauce so they just sent rnch without asking. I sit here and am listening to them tell car after car they are not taking any orders.

I simply felt ripped off. I didn’t realize the delivery driver hadn’t given me the correct change until after she left and I had already given her a tip. She didn’t give me a receipt, and I think my mistake was not asking for one. We spoke to the manager, but he couldn’t resolve anything. He just said he had no proof of the amount I had given the delivery driver… I’m never tipping again.

When I ordered 2 number 11 meals, I asked for it to be large and both of them with tots. I wanted to get floats for the drink but I was told that I couldn’t make the drinks floats on the meal. I asked if I can just pay for everything separately but I ended up with a medium fry and a medium tot.

Pulled in for the Pickelrita and grabbed a late-night snack—fresh, hot, and delicious! The service was fantastic. The check-in feature (1 through 5) wasn’t working, but the employees were quick to come out and let us know they’d be delivering our order directly to us. Great experience all around!

Bought a medium drink. Set it in cup holder while I paid for it. When I picked it up, the bottom fell out and the drink wound up all over me and the floorboard. I told them about it. They brought me an empty cup. I had kept the cup and showed it to the carhop. She took it back and came back with another drink, which they .wanted me to pay for! I told her to keep it. I wasn’t about to pay for another drink when the cup was faulty and I only got one small sip from it when I received it from the original carhop.

I’m here now at 2:33 and the employee got my food wrong 3 times and then laughed in my face then I asked for a manager and they wouldn’t get one. Customer service is awful. I’ll never eat here again. In Union City Tennessee

First off when you pay near 3$ for a drink you should probably get that much value in the drink. This location is known for overdoing the ice which leaves you with two sips of what you ordered and then a big glass of water. If I wanted water I would have ordered water.
Secondly this is the only sonic I have known that leaves diced tomatoes off the extreme tots… If you don’t know how to make it phone a friend or consult the recipe. I worked at sonic over a year back in the day and I would have never served these tots like this
And finally how are you gonna fry a soft pretzel twist in the same oil you fry the dessert in. They go in the same grease as cheese sticks, this prevents them from tasting like a freaking funnel cake you morons.
