Whenever you use the app they make your order as complete and then don’t give your the order for 30+ minutes. My order stated it would be ready at 09:33…I am still sitting here with no shakes at 10:05…they do this regularly and it’s just overall annoying.

Visiting this Sonic is always a hit or miss with food/drink quality and service, but today was horrible. I ordered (3) Cherry Vanilla Dr. Peppers with Lime added Vanilla Cream and cheddar peppers.. Please keep in mind I ordered this last week during happy hour and it was perfect. Today I had to pour it down the drain to not feel nauseous from how it looked and the cheddar peppers were overcooked. I always tip the carhops, but this one had the audacity to ask if I wanted my change owed back to me ( I allowed her to keep it, but wish I would’ve kept it after she didn’t say thank you). I can’t make this up and thought while I was pouring down the drain to share a photo. Sadly, this is why so many businesses are closing within the neighborhood after people stop settling/supporting.

Sonic!! It’s been around for so long that it feels like home and the food is great but the Drinks and Shakes and Sundays or should I say Cold Sweet Treats are always totally Amazing and great especially in the Summer Hot Hot Days, I mean really can it get any hotter and more humid than it already is but at least you can get a Huge Drink from Sonic and that’s not something that everyone does but everyone isn’t Sonic and the girl who brought out my Cherry Slush was absolutely very friendly and was absolutely Great and she is the kind of employee that not only makes a difference her difference makes a difference! Lol, think about it because it actually makes sense and if it not silly me what ? I love Sonic and you guys are always going to be around right?? I don’t even want to think about that and too late my mouth opens and it’s out and that’s okay because it’s not going to happen and oh Won’t you staaayyy? Lol, good song and what? I couldn’t help myself and Thank you Sonic !! Everybody loves Sonic!

Waited for a good 30 minutes for two drinks. Asked for a vanilla sweet tea and they only gave the sweet tea and didn’t add any ice. In this Tennessee temperature you better add some damn ice.

No sense of urgency. Watched my food sit on a table for 5 minutes while they gathered together another order. Burgers are cold, and i live less than a minute away. Also refused to let me place a second order through the speaker while i waited on my first order that was done through the app, having an attitude as well while telling me no. Carhop had an attitude. Rethinking revisiting. Edit 2 years later: Wanted to try again, but it seems the manager likes to randomly disable about 2-3 items a day. Over the past 10 days, and every day of, I have seen various items “Temporarily Unavailable”, but magically available that night or the next day, while other things are checked as “Temporarily Unavailable”, only ro be again available that night or the next day, and just rinse and repeat over and over. (This same location as I still live half a mile away.). Y’all aren’t that busy. Y’all arent running out of food like that. And your truck doesn’t run like that. Also, the couple of times I did decide to order a few things, yet again, food just stays bagged up and sitting on the table. Decided to clock “bag filled and ready to go to vehicle window”, for past review’s sake: 4:52 seconds the first time. 6:38 seconds the scond time. Both time were 3 medium-size selected items. First time, 5 stalls had vehicles, no drive thru customers. Second time had 3 stalls, 1 drive thru. This is also both times clock starting 5 minutes after checking in. They will also turn off online ordering whenever they feel like it.

I waited for over 30 minutes for my order that I did online. 3 people who showed up after I checked in got their orders before me. For what I paid for the breakfast burrito, it should have been bigger. It was very good, just small.

GOTS to be the slowest SLOWEST Sonic everrrr!!!! Had to push the button twice and STILL wait for someone to answer and STILL waiting 49 minutes later just for 1 drink, 3 slushies, and 1 ice-cream cone. How?! ♀️ Make it make sense!!! Don’t have but one side working and STILL slow. Come on

Oooh so they slow slow! I stopped one employee to ask why were people continuously coming and going after us! She said she’d check and see. Only never to return. So after another 10 more minutes, I went to the door and had to ask the same employee for our order AND a refund. She had forgot and it was never started. The young lady that brought our order out explained they had thrown our ticket away forever ago so she thought it was done. ♀️ 1 whole entire hour for 1 drink, 3 slushies, and 1 ice-cream cone.

I’m convinced whomever took my order as well as the carhopper Alana are mentally slow because I specifically order a BLUE raspberry slush w/ strawberries and nerds ONLY to get a regular RASPBERRY with nerds. I understand the first mistake, but they made me wait 20 minutes only to bring out a GRAPE slush at this point never again
