Had somewhat of a bad experience Friday night but I was surprised when the Manager Chris personally called me to talk about what my experience was and what he was going to do to fix it. Spent time speaking W/ me and replaced my whole order which was only partially messed up. He took time and heard my concerns and followed thru just like he said he would. Even had an employee named Anquinette reach out to me to see when I would b coming to pick up my replacement order, and she even met me outside to speak with me and apologized for the inconvenience from Friday nite. My replacement meal was fresh, hot, and flavorful. The car hop that brought it to me was very sweet and was very professional and had good manners. Sometimes people have bad days so I did not post about my experience Friday, due to the fact that Sonic in Atoka has always been the Best Sonic Ive been to from Tipton County, to Memphis. The car hops have always been so polite and respectful, and ALWAYS FRIENDLY. The parking lot and exterior have ALWAYS BEEN VERY CLEAN. I will not go to another Sonic location due to these reasons. It’s worth the wait or the extra drive to come to a place that I know is clean, respectful, friendly, and safe. This is the first time I’ve ever had a unhappy experience and it was addressed with the upmost respect to the customer. Manager Chris and his employee Anquinette and the car hop tonight proved that Sonic cares about its customers and it’s reputations and getting to know their employees and teaching them the ways of the old days and trying to instill that way of thinking and no business is nothing without US… The customer and consumer…

I stopped at this Sonic yesterday. I only ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger, it took forever to get the burger and when I did the burger was cold and had too much ketchup and mayo on it. I think I will just go across the street to Chick-fil-A. You guys need to step it up. This happened and you only had at least 5 cars on the entire parking alot. Not even an apology for the long wait time, and I still tipped the car hop, she was polite.

Always have the worst experiences here. So today I pulled up and they tell me to move closer to the building. Twice! I asked why they said something like we only have one idk I didn’t heard.. but the thing is that they only told me because I didn’t see anyone else moving from where I was . Ordered on app a half mile away in the grocery store parking lot for asap pick up since I had ice cream in 85 degree F heat in my trunk. Was told it would be ready in 5-7 min. 25 minutes after I check in from only 5 minutes up the street, I get my order. Gt the wack pack drink with no wacky pack. Then, I discovered the drink was incorrect. Once I had the complete order, I discovered most of the food was semi warm, like it had been sitting there the 25 minutes I waited instead of getting delivered. And my ice cream was half melted when I fi ally got home, 45 minutes after placing my app order. Very dissatisfied with this last visit at a normally very good Sonic.

This Sonic is always terrible. This pic is of a medium regular chocolate shake with no whip cream. Barely any chocolate and it’s not mixed well at all. This has been about the third or fourth time I’ve ordered here and they have all been terrible. Next time I’m going across the street to Wendy’s and getting a frosty. Done!

When ordering food here you expect to get what you order right? Unfortunately this doesn’t happen here. Its always a sloppy mess and made incorrectly since making a cheese burger is apparently too complicated! Ive gone 3 times and they never get the order right and I cant turn around on my lunch break to drive back to get it corrected due to timing.What a waste of money! Im officially done trying this place! Yall need to take pride in your work instead of running a gross slop box!

Update: called corporate to get a refund since the store couldn’t do it and they were also extremely rude and like basic comprehension skills. I had to argue to get a refund after I gave the order back!
